Not crazy about supporting this chain in the first place but I will admit to finding it very handy once the Gilmour Bridgehead gave up the ghost.But I don’t envy the staff who are now tasked with trying to keep paying customers happy while managing the members of the homeless community who are using it as a base.I don’t blame homeless and/or addicted people one bit for trying to find someplace warm to spend the morning either, but the rasping coughs and smell of unwashed bodies is not going to be good for business.It’s a bit of a dystopia, like life in city centres everywhere it seems, since Covid. Our governments need to do a lot more because dumping the problem on retail staff is not working. And corporate doesn’t care, they’ll be closing this place soon and building another drive-through in the burbs.

Pretty nice for a Starbucks chain. But I always find the drinks too sweet and that's what I don't really like, although the meals were pretty good.
This is my go to Starbucks location and the staff are always very friendly. They always greet me by name and make me feel that they appreciate my business. Special shoutout to Esteven who is probably the greatest Barista who ever existed.
