Had a lovely experience with a fantastic barista. i wasn’t able to catch his name but he was a master roaster! came from taking his break right over to help us and was so pleasant and chatty. also watched him perform a huge act of kindness in making someone who was visibly upset a new drink without being asked. he was kind and so helpful! great experience because of him :)

The Starbucks is like my home.I love this place and no, I'm not homeless The workers here are really nice and sometimes they give me free stuff if I don't have money and no I do have money. I give this place a 10 out of 10.The food is good. They order my drink exactly as I like it.They're very kind but do respect starbucks policy. As you can see, I get alot of starbucks here, it's the best local starbucks and has a nice patio. Also JJ is the by far nicest worker there.

Gwen was beyond welcoming and made me experience amazing at this location. She was very knowledgeable and I absolutely loved her suggestions, even though she seemed to be overloaded with tasks. Will be returning for her!
I usually love Starbucks, but my recent experience was less than stellar, thanks to a barista named Julianna. I ordered a drink with light ice, and when I got it, it was packed with ice as usual. When I pointed it out, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, Julianna was defensive and insisted it was correct. It felt more like she was more interested in being right than providing good customer service. I get mistakes happen, but the way she handled it was unnecessarily rude and petty. Not what I expect from a place that prides itself on good service. I definitely have noticed this with a few baristas here in the past.
