Wow! This place has gone downhill with its staff/service in the past few months. Drinks used to made with care and in a timely manner(presentation and taste). Now it appears most staff would prefer to be social together instead of focusing on filling orders, and when they do drinks are often rushed/sloppily made(sticky cups, not mixed properly, or cup is 3/4full).
For example, today I ordered two nitro coffees via the app with an estimated time of 3-6min at 1121am. I did not recieve my drinks until around 1138am. The place was not busy and no line up at the cash. Four staff members appeared to be working, popped in to check on order was told it would be a minute, came back 5min later and still no order. Staff stated they had to serve people in the Cafe first even though they arrived well after my order was placed(group of 4). One staff member was tending to that order which is fine, but the others were just talking. Got the attention of one member and they made my order in under 30sec(it's Nitro's..nothing complex).
Not sure why this had to be such a ordeal....

I came at 8:54 today, my little sister wanted a pink drink. They said they couldn’t take my order cuz they had 5 minutes left til close, 5 minutes. Horrible service from them.

The staff attitude is very bad. We ordered 4 large glasses but the staff made me small glasses and she tried to justify that the small size is the same as the large glass. I don't think the small size is the same as the large size. The result is very bad for me. I will never come back here again.

Extremely disappointed with this Starbucks. I ordered the spicy falafel wrap (vegetarian) and was given a chicken pocket instead. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, this was careless, upsetting, and completely unacceptable. When I raised it, all I got was an offer for a refund and a casual “it wasn’t intentional.” That response shows a lack of accountability and care. Food safety and respecting dietary preferences should be taken much more seriously.

I tried a matcha latte with cold foam a few days ago for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff—a friendly Filipino lady and gentleman—were warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. I felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. 😊

I came in today hoping to order a Lavender Matcha, but the cashier told me it’s no longer available. I then asked for a Strawberry Matcha and was told the same thing. What confused me is that just yesterday I was able to get the Strawberry Matcha, and the day before that, I ordered the Lavender Matcha with no problem. I didn’t want to argue, so I just went with an Iced Caramel Macchiato instead. It would be great if the menu and availability could be communicated more clearly, since consistency really matters for customers.
I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich and was really disappointed, it didn’t taste fresh at all. I also asked the employee if they could cut the sandwich in half for me since I couldn’t find a knife, but instead of helping, she just said she could give me a knife to do it myself, in a passive and dismissive way. My daughter and I meet here 3-4 times a week in the morning. This morning I went in, ordered our usual drinks, 2 large shaken oat espresso. I go to grab the 2 drinks and 1 of the drinks the oat milk was about an 1 1/2” from the top so I asked the girl to please top it up. Her response, technically we aren’t supposed to do this but did it anyway. My response to her, next time I’ll order a smaller drink and not have to pay $8.00 for the drink plus the $2.00 tip I alway leave them. Not a very bright girl…

The service was bad and they got all our orders confused. They take names, but don't call your names when ready. Outdoor sitting is ok, but the music is loud if sitting close to the speaker
