Bad service. There is indicated that the cafe is open from 7 in the morning. It was closed, but there was no respect from the employees who were inside, they did not open and did not come to explain what was wrong. I waited from 7:45 to 7:55 and left with nothing.

I’m a regular customer for Starbucks as I love their coffee ,at this location there was a sign of 50% off on cups and mugs but it was a misleading, and I ordered a dry cappuccino and got a latte, so I said please I want what I ordered ( dry cappuccino) the lady who prepare the drinks wanted me to have what she prepared!! Which of course I didn’t…Well in my opinion the staff should be trained more on preparing drinks and not arguing customers who simply wanted their coffee the way they like it..

The staff is not cheerful. I asked for a latter decaf, they mixed Americana with hot water from the tap and gave it to me. Imagine paying $5+ for hot water from the tap. I asked them to replace my coffee with a normal coffee, and they did, which was ok.

While the location was convenient and the staff friendly and quick, I was disappointed to find that they were unable to serve me a water with dragon fruit pieces, which is something I have enjoyed paying for in the past. Additionally, I found the pricing confusing when they tried to charge me for something that is typically free. On the other hand, I appreciated the early opening hours and the availability of coffee and pastries, which helped me start my day off right. Overall, I would recommend this place for its convenient location and friendly staff, but would caution customers to be aware of potential pricing confusion.
