We ordered a kids hot chocolate for nearly $5 with tax. It arrived lukewarm, with no whipped cream (that we ordered) and it was only about 3oz of hot chocolate. Starbucks verified this is the standard size for kids hot chocolate. Moms.... I suggest ordering a cup of water and adding your own packets to save big bucks.

My coffee was exactly as requested: the right size, truly extra hot, with just a light touch of cinnamon (not overpowering). The croissant and pain au chocolat were fresh, warmed, and delicious, the egg white bites were perfect, and the potatoes with cheese were also very tasty.
I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t have the energy to cook, so this order arriving exactly right meant a lot. Despite the early hours, snow and holiday season, this team still delivered excellent service and great care. You can see the effort and attention to detail in both the taste and presentation.
Thank you so much to the whole team at this Starbucks — five stars well deserved. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered more than 30 cups of coffee this morning. I ordered a venti cup of coffee, but each cup was less than half, or even less than half. This is the first time I have ever ordered coffee and I will never order coffee again. I can't bear to see that such an expensive coffee is given so little. I never recommend it.

I went in and ofcourse, it's inside of a supermarket. I doesn't metter what they think for a location inside of supermarket. It was a bad experience because it didn't have any ambience. I had, what ever with strawberrys cool drink I don't remember, I was invited.
I came in and politely asked if I could use the washroom, as I’m seven months pregnant and it was an emergency. The barista refused and told me I had to purchase something in order to use the washroom.
Sure, it was my choice to drink water on a hot day - and like many pregnant women, I ended up desperately looking for a washroom. But honestly, I didn’t expect to be turned away.
I crossed the street to SconeWitch, where they welcomed me with a smile. I left feeling relieved - and with a scone in hand.

I have been to this Starbucks in perticular many times and the baristas never fail me! They are all so kind and sweet. I know working as a barista can be stressful but they always seem to have a smile on their faces! I have never had an issue with my order they are super fast at making your drinks most of the time I’m only waiting about 3 or 4 minutes. Overall the atmosphere is really nice and happy!
