This Starbucks has always been my favourite but the service has gone to the crapper. 10 minutes for one drink, not giving sleeves for there incredibly hot drinks I was burning my hands trying to hold it. Then when I tried asking for one they ignored me I understand there busy and training but this is ridiculous.

I’m not often here, but during the PSL season it’s a must! The PSL I had was an absolute delight, kudos to barista and thank you to the crew working in this location – they are super nice, friendly and warmhearted.

I came in around March as I had time to kill before my bus showed up. The 9 only runs every half an hour and I had just missed it.There was at most 1 person ahead of me, and I ordered a latte and waited over 10 minutes for it to be made. I was the only one waiting but they seemed all preoccupied doing UberEats orders. Given this is a constant at every Starbucks I visit, I think this is a corporate problem and not a franchise issue.The staff were very friendly and the café was clean.I've been told Starbucks will prioritize Uber Eats and Mobile orders, so that if you walk in and order and an Uber Eats ordee comes in after you, they will make the Uber Eats order first. I can not confirm this, but from my recet Starbucks experiences I have reason to believe it's true.

My experience is with Uber delivery and I have to say the food is exceptionally good.Considering I live close to this location, its still unexpected when eating your breakfast wrap that its so hot and fresh. I am very fond of the baked goods, can't say much about the coffee Starbucks just isn't my thing when it comes to caffiene but dang the food is really exceptional.

Tables supoose to be cleaned right after use so that the following customer can use it. The bathrooms, floors Very dirty and door handles must be cleaned throughout the day. These cleaning practices should be a priority for businesses as the health of the citizens should be prioritized.Very expensive price,,,Health Department responsible to visit all the store a lot of think Not healthy
