Rukia is hands down the most joyful and lovely coffee shop staff member I have ever interacted with. She is an absolute blessing and shows such interest in her customers. Strong listener and genuinely curious. This girl deserves a raise, a promotion and is going places.God bless you Rakia. Don’t ever lose that joy.

I've been through this drive-through twice and twice had disappointing experiences. The service was slow both times, and the first time they got my order wrong, didn't realise till I drove away. Then they had the audacity of asking for a tip both times?? For what? You didn't bus a table, clean it, wash the dish, or present me with a plated meal or something, came back to check on my dining experience... This tipping culture has gotten out of control. I understand workers need a living wage, but perhaps work in the restaurant industry if you'd like to be tipped.

They really need to start paying attention when asked for order changes like no sugar, made with water not lemonade, etc. Some people really have to watch their sugar intake for health reasons and this location consistently ignores the requests. I've noticed this regardless of who is working. I will not be returning.

I love this Starbucks! I swing by here on my way to work most mornings for my vanilla cold brew! There is a woman who works the drive-thru window most mornings who is super friendly and efficient. I’ve never had any issues with my orders!

Can't say much about the atmosphere. it's in a gas station . Starbucks version of the old Tim Hortons in a gas station. No dine-in option. Slowest service at this Starbucks a minimum wait of 20 minutes in the morning. Staff is always chatting amongst each other instead of doing their job.

Ordered a grande mango dragonfruit everyday give or take for over two years and when I ordered a grande mango dragon fruit today with water no inclusions they hand me a dark yellow drink. I pulled away and tasted it and immediately knew it was the wrong mix and was made with lemonade. I went back and the window server who was African American with cotton candy coloured hair argued and was extremely rude. She was just the most unfriendly, most disrespectful person that I’ve encountered.I was polite even though her tone and aggressive manner didn’t deserve it. I asked if they could remake it and she was very rude and said “ it will be exactly the same”. She hands me a darker yellow drink after I insisted they remake it and I drove away because at this point I realized I was wasting my time on an ignorant woman who cares more about socializing than her job. Starbucks, your server has a very poor attitude and she is someone who shouldn’t have a job let alone one in customer service. I drove to the next Starbucks on prince of wales and showed them the colour and they explained that they either you indeed used the wrong mixture or made it with lemonade. I’ll change my daily order to that Starbucks franchise from now on. That’s $6.16- $12 dollars or more a day that another franchise will be getting because your barista was unable to accept and make changes for something that was her fault twice! The funny thing is that while I was waiting there the guy behind me was waiting to exchange his wrong hot chocolate for the right one! Do better! Your cups may be merry but this woman was the grinch!
