I received an order from this store via Uber Eats, none of the additions I paid for were included with my drink. When I disputed it with Uber Eats, they said they could not refund based on the nature of the product (a drink with mix-ins). When I called the store to kindly ask them to please pay better attention to delivery orders since refunds aren't possible, they laughed at me. Not the kind of service I'd expect when paying more than $10 for a single coffee. I guess that's my fault. I wanted to leave this feedback so it could be addressed and so others would not have this same experience.

The staff are kind and coffee is standard Starbucks. The atmosphere inside is very poor because the music is SO loud. If you are looking for a place to chat or do work, do not go to this location. You cannot even hear yourself think because they blast the music.

The coffee, food, and staff are all fine, but I absolutely hate this location. It is so loud inside - people have very poor etiquette and are yelling across the table to each other, and it may be because the music is too loud so people are trying to overpower the volume of the music. The customers who seem to frequent this particular location are also disproportionately inconsiderate and obnoxious. Lots of people yelling, venting and complaining about life, bringing food from outside, and hogging the seats and tables for too long. The outdoor patio can't be enjoyed as it is so windy and there are cars driving by at a high speed.

I was wondering why there is nobody in the drive thru line anymore .
Tim Hortons was packed though and guess what they do not have the gull to ask for a tip lol I rather enjoyed my Tim Hortons coffee today . $2.25 and nobody asked for a tip.
Raw bacon in the sandwich and these kids expect a tip on a fast food order that took 10 minutes . Not to mention the fact that they didn’t put caramel in a caramel macchiato lol . Starbucks is just going down hill . Purposely ruining your order if you do not tip . I see why Tim Hortons drive thrus are much busier then Starbucks these days .

He was not very welcoming. He had an angry face. He sold us out 15 minutes before closing. He did not give us a chance to drink our coffee. He did not allow us to enter the bathroom. He told us that we would be closed. He said that there was no trash can inside. The service was bad.
