Twice I've ordered decaf and got a full caf. This morning around 9:25 I ordered decaf at the window (their headsets were broken), and again got a blonde espresso instead.
I've had to start saying I have a heart condition, but whenever I don't mention it, they give me a full caf.
I feel ridiculous having to state the heart condition, but it's really not something that I can risk.

Terrible experience. We waited a long time only to have our entire order forgotten. When we asked about it, the staff were slow to fix the mistake and showed little urgency. Ended up leaving frustrated and late for our meeting. Definitely not the level of service you expect from Starbucks.

They repeatedly underfill drinks, I understand the foam went down but there is an inch and a half of this cup that’s not full and unfortunately it isn’t the first time. The drive thru baristas are wonderful and have some of the best customer service

Drive thru closed without any signage @ front of store, staff did not know why & had to inquire with other staff & seemed flippant with the reply & the wait for just a slice of lemon loaf was waayyy too long & very little respect for disabled person using a cane by both staff & customers & will NEVER come by here again &/or recommend to anyone ! 🤬
One of the Starbucks open at 6:30 in the weekend I am happy. I have my coffee service is very nice. Lots of parking here then I will start my trip with my customer.

The hours for this location need to be updated. I arrived this morning on a Saturday at 6:40 AM as the hours show they should be open at 6 AM. There were 2 baristas still setting up the bar and cash register. Knocked numerous times, but either they didn’t hear me or ignored me. If the store opens later than 6 AM that’s fine but it needs to show the correct hours online.

Your poor upkeep of your drivethrough lane during winter tore up the heat shielding on the bottom of my car because no one plows or shovels the drive through. I will be contacting management for compensation.

I received an order from this store via Uber Eats, none of the additions I paid for were included with my drink. When I disputed it with Uber Eats, they said they could not refund based on the nature of the product (a drink with mix-ins). When I called the store to kindly ask them to please pay better attention to delivery orders since refunds aren't possible, they laughed at me. Not the kind of service I'd expect when paying more than $10 for a single coffee. I guess that's my fault. I wanted to leave this feedback so it could be addressed and so others would not have this same experience.
