Just went to go get water, cashier was nice but also very rude while I was taking my order. Is it because I was just getting g eater and decided not to pay you money? Maybe that's the reason why, they also treat children horribly.

Staff are very slow, the store is not even crowded but it took them too long to finish my order. They keep on talking and laughing with each other and don’t care about the customers

I work in the mall and come here often for my breaks. And the last couple of times I’ve went have been a little disappointing. I mobile order and order 10-15 minutes before I go on break and when I go on break and head to pick up my order here it has taken over 20 minutes of my break (30-35 minutes altogether) to get my order. My drinks are usually prepared quickly, But when I order food, it does not get prepared fast, because I find the food station to be a barista social area for the workers to chat and/or an area that is ignored/unimportant. I’ve seen customers get upset and yell at the baristas making the drinks that the baristas doing the food are socializing instead of working and that they have been waiting a long time and need their food. I’ve never said anything but from now I’m going to, I’m only on break for 30 minutes each day and don’t wanna wait til the end of my break to pick up my orders anymore. This really needs to get changed, otherwise I may as well get my break food elsewhere. And when I say that, I mean order from another Starbucks close by instead.

Meet my husband since he has a break as a bus driver. Stayed in Starbucks to work on few things with my laptop. Busy hours are around 3PM onwards.

My mom spilt hot coffee on herself and I rushed in to grab some ice, the first girl with the braids just ignored me and said I have to wait, despite me explaining the situation, however Emma quickly gave me some ice and later came outside to give us a wet cloth, and a new cup of coffee. It was super considerate of her and I really appreciated it. Thank you Emma!
