This is my local Starbucks and I tend to go there every day - they have the nicest baristas, the manager Shawn is just great and they are consistently polite and friendly. Love being greeted by name when I walk in the door!

Today the person who assisted me did my order wrong and they do not manage pressure when theres many customers. The associates are all over and its crowded. I ordered two cheese danish and two green tea and gave me grilled cheese. Its very frustrating especially that I am in a rush and the associate are busy talking and not overseeing whats going on.

I never gave the Westboro Starbucks a fair chance because I went during winter and every Starbucks sucks in the winter lol…there is literally no sun… but the new manager here really livened everything up and I’ve been coming all August. I’m very grateful for a spot in my neighborhood.
Just recently they made an incorrect charge on my card and corrected me without judgement. I really appreciate that.
Best Starbucks in Ottawa. No question. Great staff with a great patio, it’s so nice to see people being people, walking with their dogs, strollers… yes dogs in strollers it’s nuts.

This is my go-to Starbucks; I normally am very happy but there is one consistent problem. I usually pre-order for myself and for my daughter, who is lactose intolerant AND allergic to soy. So when I order for her, I ask for "lactose-free beverage" which is Starbucks for "lactose-free milk". On THREE occasions now, they have given her soy milk. Soy milk may be lactose free, but it is NOT what we ordered, and she only discovers the problem after the first sip, and which point her GI reaction is already triggered. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!!!!
Dietary restrictions: Lactose-free milk and soy are NOT interchangeable additions!!!

The best Starbucks I’ve ever been to hands down. Just went in 10 minutes ago for my morning coffee and I was a pain, asking a lot of questions and being indecisive. The staff still was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. 11/10 service thank you ?

Staff here are polite and friendly, despite how busy it can get. Never had a bad experience, just found Starbucks itself not as good as it used to be for baked goods etc. This location isn't very comfortable to sit, as it's crowded indoors and it's a busy spot for the highschool outside. Otherwise recommend popping in for your drink fix!
