I used to come here often as I work in the area but now I really don’t want to. I ordered something very small and the barista forgot about it. They said their printer was jammed but i saw her do other small orders for customers who ordered after me in the same area where that printer was. I waited 20 mins, and only a barista named Adam cared enough to ask if I was waiting for something. He didn’t take my order but at least he noticed i was waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, and even then if he didn’t speak to me they would have forgot it all together. Reminder he didn’t take my order so he was not the subject of my issue. He was very kind. The line up wasn’t busy either.
I really hate being an asshole to these employees because I have also worked in retail service and have met my bad apples as well but I have never been rude or too much with retail employees myself.

Girls talking to each other too much ignoring customer then not listening to my orders. Guessing what i asked for with disturbing attitude towards customer rolling eyes. Due to this I had to stop her before she listed everything on the menu. Gave my order and paid but then at pick up my order was only half filled. Listed to their night story then again telling it to other customers. Too young and focused on their social life.

I haven't been to Starbucks in a while, she never this location. Service was good and prompt for my noontime visit.
One gripe, as I said, I haven't been to Starbucks in a while, if any cafe. So I got my drink and left for a walk. I got to the other end of the parking lot before the cup was just too hot to handle. I returned to get a cozy to keep my hands from burning.
Seems like something that all their hot beverages should get...
Parking: Lots of parking available in this mall lot including handicapped parking.

I go in all the time and have great service always from Adam and Zach. They are both so friendly and engaging in conversation. They are a breath of fresh air. They both deserve a raise!
