Some places you go because they’re great already, and some places you wish you could stay because it’s beyond amazing!I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and years with fondness, and the gentleman who served me, Bryan, could not have known that but he still treated me as if he did! In fact, he seemed to treat everyone who came in (for the time I was there) like that. Unwavering friendliness and an outgoingness so contagious you couldn’t help but want to chat with him!I think, for however long you have this gentleman, you should cherish it because he is wonderful and definitely made both my night and my long journey to visit family much greater than it would have been if I had not stopped by! Thanks Bryan!! Cheers!!

Came here Tuesday Oct 17 around 1pm. Place was packed, like 12 people in line, Uber guys non stop. Considered just leaving. Staff handled it perfectly, from the cash to the drink person. Friendly and genuine the whole time. Great to see, unlike the dumpster fire at Bells Corners Robertson Rd location. That place is a jokeThanks to all for the great attitudes and service

I uber from here regularly, and it is more common to get a wrong order than a right one. Order a Bagel ? Good chance you won't get the spread you asked for and you'll be left eating a bagel with nothing on it. Order a drink with no whip ? Good chance you're getting whip. These seem like small issues until they happen virtually every time you order.If the store is too busy to do online orders properly, stop doing them.I've actually started ordering from Westboro because they almost always get the order right. I eat much fewer no spread bagels when I pick a different store.

The barristers keep making the wrong drinks, either they can’t make them and/or not reading. I am personally lactose intolerant and order oat milk specific drinks, Brown Sugar OAT Americano OR the Shaken Espresso are my drinks always. And the past few times they have been using milk and I have been sick 3x after ordering there, and am sick right now because they just did the same thing again….face swollen. Unacceptable!! If we are paying $7.06 for coffee you GOTTA get it right. We can’t be dumping our hard earned money done the drain. Ughhhh!!

I've been coming to this Starbucks location for a while since It's close to my work. The staff here are generally pretty good, and some of them know me and will ask me how my day is going. The location is pretty small and sometimes seems understaffed with long line ups. What I'm really fed up with, and it's really a complaint about Corporate, is that they have not brought back the self serve bar where you could fix your own cup of coffee with cream, sugar, etc. Other coffee shops brought them back ages ago. If I ask for two milks in my coffee, one day I get too much and the next day too little depending on who's making it. And I like the brown sugar rather than the white the staff always put in. I'd really rather just fix my own if I'm just getting drip coffee. I've been going to Bridghead more often because they have a self serve bar again. Also, the fact they they got cheap with their rewards program and now you need twice as many stars to get anything with them is annoying, like prices haven't gone up enough. Starbucks used to be good, but they seem to be declining in my opinion.
