Honestly they just don’t have it like they used too :( Loved the hand written name in the cup, the attention to your coffee, the little green sticks that protected from the spill ..they now have stickers that leave a film on your cup, long line waits, expensive for everything, no garbage cans outside and food is terrible. No salad options and food that is not fresh at all.. feel like they have lost what made them special.

Everyotme I have been there, I have had an issue with my order. I have ordered a white hot chocolate every time I have been there and it tasted like only milk. This happend at least 3 times. Once I got a white chocolate mocha instead. Caffine gives me migraines, so I was very disappointed to take a sip to find drink had coffee in it. It is close to my daughters gymnastics so it is convenient location for me, but I will now drive farther to a different locatuon so I know I won't be disappointed.

Smaller Starbucks with ample of parking. Unfortunately I have to give a 3 stars to the food. When I ordered my favorite double smoke bacon sandwich, it was still cold. This error should not have occurred. Other than that, rest of the drinks were acceptable. There were some storage items left around the cafe which directly blocked two comfy looking couches. Hopefully it was just a temporary storage space issue and not a regular reoccurrence when they restock.

I decided to try a Pumpkin Spice Latte for the first time today, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences I've had. When I approached the counter, I had a quick and pleasant interaction with the barista, who promptly began preparing my order. As I stood by the register waiting to pay, she handed me the drink and casually mentioned it was free today. I was so touched that I nearly cried.
It wasn’t just the delicious drink that made my day, but the effortless generosity and kindness I received in that moment. As someone who constantly gives (I work in healthcare), it was wonderful to be on the receiving end for once. A huge thank you to this Starbucks and especially to Yl for the thoughtful gesture. I’ll definitely be returning!
