I stoped this place to order a coffee i had a break for a view minutes the lady at the counter madison she served everybody infront of me and when it’s my turn she start chating with her freind while i’m standing right infront of her and waiting for a service i dont know if she was racist or she was a careless for her job you are not worthy my money this is my last time

What an amazing experience. I can't have too much caffeine but I wanted to try a iced coffee but it had to be sweet.
These two amazing women went beyond and over to help me.
I wanted to take a minute to thank Sami & Breanne for the most epic customer service. I will definitely visit this location again.

I purchased a med coffee and when I received it, it was 3 1/4 full. I was non happy since the price is over $3.00 and the Barista is skimming on the coffee.

I than asked for a cash receipt, and the receipt was unelegable. The manager stated that this is normal and it happens all the time. So...if you need to claim a business expense on your purchase, I suggest not going to Starbucks at Carlingwood Mall.

incompetent staff, this place clearly has high turnover as i never see the same employees and no one ever seems comfortable or confident about anything.

they hire teenagers and then clearly do not adequately train them or familiarize them with the environment before throwing them to the wolves.

I stopped by this location on my way home this afternoon. While waiting for the barista to prepare my beverage, a young woman came into the store for a job interview. She arrived just before two o’clock. At 2:02, the manager came out, approached the person waiting for the interview and advised her that she was late. The young woman stated that she had thought her interview was at two and that she had arrived on time. The manager responded that to be “on time” for the interview she should have come in at least five minutes early and been waiting at a table so that the manager could start the interview right at 2, and that because she hadn’t been early, she was considered late and therefore wouldn’t interview her. Then she abruptly walked away. As a customer, this interaction came across extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. To approach such a situation publicly, in front of customers, with little consideration for the person who had showed up at her scheduled interview time, demonstrated a lack of emotional intelligence and poor Human Resources management skills. I will not frequent this location again.
