(TLDR just go to the one in the plaza) Far too busy even off hours there's a line just go to the one in the plaza it'll take the same amount of time, drink quality is a coin toss but somehow always subpar and the quality somehow continues to degrade.

ordered a cold latte at 3pm, after that drink. I had a serious stomach ache since 4pm till now. Never had stomach ache after a cold drink Before.. I am thinking It's Not clean or whatever. .. ?

A really good place to grab a quick coffee. The cafe is located right at the entrance to the Robert C. Gillett Student Commons building. It has a very spacious and sunny seating area. The coffee is good and staff is friendly.

First of all I love Starbucks! I love getting a Venti, black dark roast. My daughter is a resident at Algonquin College so I have frequented this store a few times. . IF I stop at this store again, I will taste the coffee before I leave. Twice now, my dark roast has tasted horrible and was lukewarm. Very disappointing! And to top it off. I just reviewed my order from this store and I ordered a Talle Nitro Hazelnut Cold Brew with Pumpkin Cream and I received a Talle but I see I was charged for a Grande.So rather than "IF" I return to this store, unless I am reimbursed some how, HARD "NO" on returning here.And as I look at other negative reviews from this store I have to say to future customers, "BE AWARE".

Stopped by in early December and while campus was quiet and there was no lineup here compared to the Starbucks at College Square, they still somehow messed up my drink. This location does not accept mobile orders either.

Rude customer service, messed up my order even though I only ordered 2 things. When I told her this was not what I ordered, she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes. Luckily the other employee stepped in and resolved the situation or else she would have made me take the wrong drink. Hopefully I'll never have to see her again

I've been going to Algonquin for 4 years and I have made the decision multiple times to stop going to the Starbucks inside the school. I worked at a Starbucks for MANY years, and watching the staff work (as a person in retail/food service/ etc.) hurts me. The staff are rude. They don't know how to make the drinks. The overcharge you on ridiculous things. And, if they make your drink wrong, the don't hide the fact that they're annoyed with you.I really wish they would get some proper training, with both serving customers and proper beverage repeatable practices. I now take the longer route to the Starbucks in college square.
