Small location, outdoor patio.

The staff is great here and no complaints on the store as a whole.

However...I a few weeks ago I was issued a parking ticket for using the PARKING LOT while making purchases at this store and others in the vicinity. Just a heads up to people you may just get a ticket for parking at Trainyards and there's no fighting it because it's private property at the end of the day. Starbucks: your property mgmt blows.

This is the only Starbucks in entire Ottawa who knows how to make matcha correctly. The guy with blonde hair is super nice and he makes the drinks perfectly to the tea. The girl named Mia is also sweet and also made my drinks correct.

The only Starbucks I go to. Period.

Amazing staff! Very attentive, caring and considerate. Big shout out to Turner who helped me figure out what my new “signature blend” is by walking me through my options and going above and beyond to help me discover new flavours 💕

It’s ok. A little long to get a simple coffee, but a small price to pay for a place to work for a couple hours.

I hate the fact you ask for a tip in a fast food place

That was early this morning. I understand it is a hard job to be a barista. I ordered a large black coffee. The customer right after me ordered the same and had his order right away and I had to wait after 1 or 2 more clients after to get my coffee.. ?

Amazing people and great drinks. Ordered online while I store, accidentally ordered for the wrong store. They were able to fix everything ❤️?

Starbucks always delights with its atmosphere and quality of service. I recently visited for a small meeting and was pleasantly surprised by the quick service. The baristas are always friendly and smiling, creating a cozy and positive environment. The coffee is consistently excellent—aromatic and rich, with the classic latte being a particular favorite. There’s plenty of seating, making it easy to have a conversation or work without interruption. I also appreciated that the staff always strives to make the order just as requested; it’s a great approach to customer service. It’s always a pleasure to come here, as you can feel that they truly care about their guests.

Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces, and they are free. We parked the car and left. I don’t own a car, but I came there with friends, and we left the vehicle for several hours without any issues.

Came in at 8.15 pm for a decaf coffee but was told they did not have any available. Opted for a regular brew but they had none readily available ... they said they were brewing some Pike coffee. They offered me an Americano in place, but I declined (I prefer brewed coffees over Americanos). If they offered a pour over or a cowboy style coffee a la French press I would have gone for it.) Long story short, I decided to go home instead and make a coffee.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level access.

Ordered a caramel machietto or whatever the hell their silly drinks are called and I got a large cup of frothy milk. Congrats, this is why you work at a fast food job.
