Slow as molasses. Placed an order 7 minutes away via car, app estimated 4-6 minutes. Get there a minute early, wait 5 more minutes, and get nothing. My Lyft driver pings my phone to tell us he's leaving in a minute. End up waiting a total of 13 minutes for no drink. Wasn't even hard, just a tea with peach juice and lemonade. Three things in a cup.
0/10 not coming back here again.

One of the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time. Waited 25 mins for a refresher with minimal amount of customers in the coffee shop. Would not recommend coming here. Other locations offer better service. Staff are talking amongst themselves rather than focusing on making the drinks in a timely fashion.

So busy, we couldn't get a seat. Ordered drinks and stood waiting for a table for 30 minutes, no luck. Left the cafe and came back 45 minutes later and still no seats available. 😔 This is a popular spot, such a shame it is such a small space with limited tables and chairs.

Old post… I used to like this location but over the last year or more they can’t seem to make a proper cup of coffee. It’s certainly hot enough but it lacks the true coffee flavour that Starbucks in known for. Just yesterday I gave it another shot and the girl was so freaked out like she treats every customer like they are the grim reaper! Their trash bins are always over flowing which makes her a hypocrite!! Plus my coffee sucked!!! She didn’t even fill it to the rim!! I’m never going back here!!!

Staff are very friendly at this Starbucks and offer great service despite this being such a busy location.
This particular Starbucks is very small and there's not a lot of seating. The bathroom locks don't seem to work as I walked in on a woman sitting on the toilet.. they need some sort of better lock that indicates the bathroom is in use, it was very uncomfortable and shocking to walk in on somebody even though they had locked the door. Starbucks do better.
