Starbucks always delights with its atmosphere and quality of service. I recently visited for a small meeting and was pleasantly surprised by the quick service. The baristas are always friendly and smiling, creating a cozy and positive environment. The coffee is consistently excellent—aromatic and rich, with the classic latte being a particular favorite. There’s plenty of seating, making it easy to have a conversation or work without interruption. I also appreciated that the staff always strives to make the order just as requested; it’s a great approach to customer service. It’s always a pleasure to come here, as you can feel that they truly care about their guests.
Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces, and they are free. We parked the car and left. I don’t own a car, but I came there with friends, and we left the vehicle for several hours without any issues.

Came in at 8.15 pm for a decaf coffee but was told they did not have any available. Opted for a regular brew but they had none readily available ... they said they were brewing some Pike coffee. They offered me an Americano in place, but I declined (I prefer brewed coffees over Americanos). If they offered a pour over or a cowboy style coffee a la French press I would have gone for it.) Long story short, I decided to go home instead and make a coffee.

Excellent friendly and entertaining staff ready to serve and very helpful. The train yards location is a perfect stopping point for a quick break while shopping or for lunch/ dinner in the area. Location is very clean and maintained with seating and tables indoors and outdoors. Perfect for family and friends.

I ordered from Trainyards Starbucks on Uber eats and was disappointed with the service provided by the store. My drink, a refresher, was only filled 2/3 of the way. I paid extra for no water in my drink. I dealt with Uber to get the refund, but decided to call the store to see why this happened. The supervisor, Kasey, told me that if I were to come to the store in person, there is no such charge for no water, thus my cup wouldn’t have been filled. My immediate family works at Starbucks, and I am a frequent customer; I know they charge 1$ for no water/extra base. This is something I expect a supervisor to know as well, and I expect better service from a supervisor. I am not mad about the money, I am upset with the service provided by Kasey.
