I never write bad reviews, But this time I will. I came to Starbucks to drink coffee, I give 100 dollars in cash and they tell me that there is no change, we cannot make you coffee. How can such a global brand not have change for 100 dollars? This is terrible. Close this coffee shop

The drinks are consistently poorly made, lacking the flavors you expect from a typical Starbucks. My orders are often wrong or tasted off.

Additionally, the service is subpar. The staff seemed overwhelmed and often rude when addressing customers' concerns. I noticed they were consistently behind on orders, making wait times considerably long.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location. Despite it being the closest to me, there are much better options nearby.

If you order a drink here, be sure to confirm with the barista that it’s prepared according to your specifications, especially if you have dietary restrictions. This is particularly important for mobile orders, as staff may seem uninterested in following instructions and display a negative attitude.

Despite my simple request for soy milk and added matcha powder, the drink was made with regular milk. The barista repeatedly checked the order slip and displayed visible annoyance at having to make a frappuccino. When I kindly asked if the drink was made with soy milk, she rolled her eyes and reacted dismissively. Although another barista agreed to remake the drink, the initial response was unprofessional.

Everyone can have an off day, but it’s essential to handle mistakes with professionalism and not let frustrations affect customer service. I hope management addresses these issues to improve service quality.

As I usually go to the same two or three Starbucks, I don't always have the chance to notice inconsistancies, but it does seem that the quality varies. At this one, I ordered only a coffee and it was not hot.

My recent visit to this particular Starbucks [27 Mar 2024, 19:30 hrs] left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite the brand's reputation for quality beverages and ambiance, the lack of customer service was glaring. Upon entering, I found the cashier engaged in a lengthy conversation regarding his marriage life, neglecting all the customers who waited for the service. It took a frustrating ten minutes before I departed and no one even acknowledged my presence. The rude cashier and his friend was engaged in a deep conversation and ignored everyone else. This cashier could have easily taken my order to facilitate returning to his compelling dialogue. This utter disregard for service made me feeling undervalued as a patron. While friendly banter is understandable, it shouldn't come at the expense of customer satisfaction. This decline in service quality is disheartening and tarnishes the Starbucks experience. I hope this issue is promptly addressed to ensure all customers receive the attention they deserve.
