My wife accompanied me to an appointment at another business across the street. The appointment unexpectedly took well over 2 hours and their customer washroom happened to be under renovation. My wife, 70 years old lady, get into Starbucks store explained that she had an emergency and kindly asked Lindsay Surgeon, Store Manager to allow her to use a washroom. L.Surgeon denied her the access to the facility and demanded to make a purchase. My wife explained the situation and that she left her wallet with me, her husband, and asked to make an exception considering her age. L.Surgeon firmly answered no. My wife literally begged her in front of many customers and still was denied to use the darn facility and was advised to go to the City Hall, which is several blocks awa. She had to rush to another restaurant across the street, where they were happy to help her. The entire experience was awfully humiliating and totally inhumane. This Starbucks store Manager does not have any idea about local business community solidarity exactly as does not have any idea about humanity.

It was ok. Food is the same as at any Starbucks but the bathroom was pretty terrible to go to - you have to ask for a permission to open it, and when you’re in you find out there is no toilet paper there.

Every time I come to this location it sours me on Starbucks, the most unfriendly and impatient staff, especially the baristas, they basically throw the food and $20 dollar drinks on the counter, especially this morning. So rude.

Terrible! I ordered a venti cup, they fill it half ! Never happened before, hope they will know what they are doing , and how to make it when customer specifically asked to fill in a venti cup ! When I show the picture of the same recipe from other Starbucks, the lady still telling me they measured 🤦♀️if I want more, I need to pay extra. First time happened in Starbucks, totally shocked !
