Ordered a pour over decaf. The coffee was excellent, but it wasn’t hot at all. BUT they went out of their way to try and make it right. First, they gave me a delicious snack (oat bar?) for free, and offered to remake the coffee. So A for effort, but if they just had a microwave, it would have taken care of the problem.

I guess the management took some of the negative reviews to heart, because my wife and I had an excellent experience at this location. Lindsay and her staff gave us very good service.

It was ok. Food is the same as at any Starbucks but the bathroom was pretty terrible to go to - you have to ask for a permission to open it, and when you’re in you find out there is no toilet paper there.
