I was waiting for 15 mins and I noticed one drink was sitting on the back counter for mobile orders. They were calling other mobile orders and placing them at the bar, with the exception of that one drink. It was there since I entered and after some time I politely asked for the barista to check the name on the cup (it was my drink). I was met with disrespect and attitude and got a “can you wait?”. I was taken back by the rude response. Mind you, it wasn’t that busy either.

Attention to detail missing here, two of my last three orders had problems, ordered well ahead 1) 15 minute wait for coffee which was fine, but for coffee to be served a half full, I had to ask for a correction 2) today ordered 15 minutes ahead via the starbucks app but drink packed in a takeout bag rather than place on the counter, after waiting 15 minutes I asked about my drink.... Lot's of staff on hand just one barrista and no one really dedicated to serving brewed coffee and attention to detail missing in action. Sadly i am going to have to skip this location going forward.

Just stopped by to grab a drink. Ezra was the barista on bar, and she’s the sweetest! Everyone working was super friendly and efficient, and the team overall had such great energy. It made for a really nice experience. Thanks for the great service!

I love the Starbucks at 99 Bank St! I come every morning before work. Meaghan is amazing! She knows my order and it’s always ready for me super quick! She is very friendly!! I will keep coming back as long as Meaghan is there!!

This Starbucks can get very busy on weekdays, so the quality of my drink hasn’t always been consistent, which is understandable. Nevertheless, I’m happy to see Starbucks becoming more personal (see my pic), and today my drink definitely made my day. Thank you!

I had placed a mobile order for a warm matcha Latté, but when I picked it up, it was iced. Not a big deal! I mentioned it to Sanyun (apologies, only got a Quick Look at the name tag), she apologized and offered to remake it right away. She was incredibly busy so I said it’s no problem, I’ll just take this one, you’re so busy. But with a smile, she said it was not a problem, and remade it incredibly fast. For how busy it was, she did not have to do that. Much appreciated.

They got new manager for a year but same 70 percent very rude staff. 15 to 20 mins or more for a walk in order. They don't want walking. 1 person will do all the Mobile order first. This is not the place for walk in. Hate this place so rude. Need new staff. The ones been there for long time need to GO ASAP.. you order they have 5. To 6 staff chatting doing nothing while.its so busy. It's the only star bucks is like that. DONT GO HERE IF YOU BUSY AND IN A RUSH. 5 dollar and up. Not worth my time
