EDIT (since i can’t leave a review twice): came here this morning. i’m not sure if the guy who served me it was his first day I’m not sure what was going on with him if he was having a bad morning, but I again same issue. I ordered through a mobile order so that I don’t have to wait at the window for 20 minutes, but I was still faced with the same problem. There were like at most four cars in the drive-thru not more not less they shouldn’t be taking this long of a time to get their drinks. I came to the drive-thru at the microphone where you can tell them what you wanna order. I said hi I am picking up an order a mobile order with my name and then I came up to the window and again I don’t blame him if there’s traffic, but there was no traffic. They never used to have this issue like this Starbucks never used to have this issue before I don’t know if it’s new employees but they’re not doing a great job. I got to the window mind you, I waited at the window for 15 minutes and then when he finally opened the window, he said, how would you like to pay? I said I’m not paying for anything I ordered a mobile order he’s like for what for who so I just told you at the microphone and you said that it was ready and on the app by the way, it says that the drink is ready what do you mean for what and for who like? What kind of service is that but whatever I let him know I said I’m picking up a mobile order With my name and then he was like OK give me one second he goes in the back. I had to repeat myself. I literally like don’t understand why I had to repeat myself three times to just get my drink. I ordered my drink and I will insert pictures I ordered my drink with an extra caramel drizzle. There was maybe a dot or two of caramel in my drink and the coffee tasted different and I asked for light ice. I always get my drink with light ice so why is my ice going from the bottom of my drink all the way up to my cold foam. i Ask for my drink with light ice for a reason and I don’t wanna be getting the drink handed back to me with a whole tub of ice inside. I don’t understand what their issue was today. The drink tasted really bad and of course I was in a rush and the drive-thru made me late because I was there for 10 to 15 minutes just waiting for my drink so I couldn’t even say anything. I’m really disappointed with the service that I’m getting recently at this Starbucks. It’s literally making me hate wanting to come and support this establishment and it’s not OK. It’s seriously just not OK. I might have to go out of my way to go to a different location just to get good service and a good coffee, which is what you’re originally supposed to be making and supposed to be giving me. im not sure if its the new management but seriously? come on.

i come here every single morning im actually in the drive thru line at the moment lol! i usually do mobile orders when im in a rush to work or university because i don’t wanna be waiting for ten minutes on the window. i completely understand waiting in the line because its not the workers’ fault that there are other people wanting to order coffee. im not sure if there were new employees but i had a very long wait time at the window for a drive thru which is upsetting because it made me unnecessarily late. recently i’ve also been ordering drinks and they’ve been missing some items like the caramel in an iced CARAMEL macchiato or literally the milk in my friend’s drink and we ask for light ice yet its full to the brim with ice. my coffee today was amazing and i love the girl that was working the drive thru, i didn’t get her name!

Not sure if this Starbucks is struggling but ordered a pink drink with no ice. It came with no ice, but the cup was only half filled and had no strawberries.
Ordered a hot latte and it was only 3/4 filled too.

At another location, a no ice drink was filled to the top and other hot drinks were filled to the top.
If you're going to half fill the cup, then shouldn't we be paying half the price?

A nicer location with lots of seating - a bit cookie cutter in terms of the layout (boxy). The drive thru is also handy.

For drinks this place is great. Had a couple London fogs that were bad in the past but overall very good. Ordering a bagel with cream cheese is terrible. They provide the bagel and cream cheese but you need to apply yourself which is hard when your driving!

I come through this Starbucks almost every day in the drive thru. In the past few weeks there has been a certain make employee who has tried to over charge me not once but two times (so far). The first time he said it was a glitch in the system. The second time he went over the order and punched in 4 of an item instead of one. I get it people make mistakes but for this to keep happening on a regular occurrence is not right! So frustrating!

Had an awful experience today after going to Starbucks many many times they made me wait five minutes at the drive-through take order and then after five minutes, I thought the machine was broken and went to the window and the lady turns around like trying to ignore me. I’m like whatever like she’s clearly like doesn’t want to do her job today so I left that’s crazy. I’m never going in there again.

It took 20 minutes for coffee to be made with 0 communication between baristas. I watched them not say a single thing to each other and when I asked about my coffee they told me someone is working on it and then when I asked again they finally decided they’d make it only to be given the incorrect size. When I told them I waited as long as I did for my coffee the barista informed me “oh well everyone is waiting” when anyone who had ordered ahead of me and after me and paid and received their items. I will confidently never return to this store. They had no interest in making anything right or wanting to be kind in their delivery. Figure out increasing staffing at this store or how to better train shift supervisors to balance their floor to barista’s strengths

I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in Findlay Creek today. The staff member who took my order, named Sahil, was quite inattentive and came across as rude. While I was trying to redeem my points and showed him my phone, he kept insisting that I needed to scan my app. After I did, he then told me that I couldn’t claim my points because I had already paid using the app.

Throughout the interaction, he seemed distracted — talking to someone else and answering the phone while serving me. When I tried to calmly explain that I found his attitude disrespectful, he repeatedly responded with “Sorry, I don’t understand you,” instead of making an effort to listen or clarify.

In the end, another staff member stepped in, understood what I was saying, and apologized on his behalf — which I truly appreciated. It’s unfortunate that this level of service came from someone representing Starbucks, as I usually enjoy coming here for both the drinks and friendly service. I hope the management can look into this and ensure better customer interaction in the future.

Not sure if it has something to do with the drink I ordered, but the latte I ordered was very chunky. This is my usual order, so having never experienced this I can’t imagine its proper. Either way, very un-enjoyable. The little chunks in question are on the side of the cup in the first picture. Taking a sip would fill my mouth with them, as they are semi hard you’d have to chew them (I did not finish the drink lol) Staff was very friendly, location is very nice, but as this was a pickup order I will avoid this Starbucks for the time being.

After today's experience they deserve a negative point. Absolutely unprofessional with no management oversight. Was in the drive through for atleast 10 minutes due to line up, no issues. When my time came to order there was no response, even after saying hello on the speaker a few times. As soon as I moved, I could hear could you back up. Ofcourse the guy behind was bumper to bumper so I couldn't. I instead, went to the window hoping they can take a quick order and I can go through. No, the answer was you need to go back in the line. The easy solution would have been taken the order and asked to come in to pick it pick, but no! Fine, thanks for your exceptional service. I will remember the outstanding hospitality of this store.Thank you!
