Apparently, they’ve stopped serving water if it doesn’t come with a purchase.
Consistency at each Starbucks, either in Canada or USA. I am not a coffee drinker, so I have a Chai Latte or London Fog (hot or cold, depending on the seasons) or a green tea lemonade

If there is less than 1 star I will give, bad services, hard to understand the order, the one she said that she is a manager (July 2nd around 8pm) had very bad experience with management skills

To the guy at the take out window (5:00pm shift) who took my order this evening at the Findlay Creek SB - 5 stars for you! Thanks for paying attention to my order and when my brown sugar oat shaken espresso didn’t turn out quite right, noticing and adjusting my drink slightly to make it perfect. BIG thanks for making my evening and a great end to a long day!

I feel bad writing this cause I’ve done my fair share of customer service jobs including being a barista.
I’m not sure what’s happened lately but the evening week day staff lack some serious customer service skills and any sort of efficiency. 9 times out of 10 we’re at the drive through window for 10-15 minutes and that doesn’t include ordering off the mobile app 5+ minutes before hand. I can also tell when we get to the speaker that they’ve only just grabbed the ticket because they say “uh….yah we’re just working on it now” - and have even been scolded some times by the staff for not ordering early enough even though I have the receipt stating I’ve placed the order sufficiently in advance. We’ve spent numerous times sitting at the speaker for an awkward amount of time before someone finally greets us laughing and mid conversation. They’re always out of stock on stuff (which I know generally comes down to management and the company they order from) and a majority of the time what we order is not prepared correctly or were given someone else’s order entirely because, plot twist, our order was never made. We frequent Starbucks fairly often and we usually have a great experience, or atleast a generally medium experience - but lately this location has really struggled.

The night shift workers Are not Are not respectful.
I’m not talking about one time I’m talking about multiple times. They will treat you so bad and you would never wanna go back. Starbucks is Becoming worse than Tim Hortons. Why would I pay extra for coffee and get treated this way?
Never going there again or to any Starbucks because I don’t want to be treated like that

I ordered a delivery for my friend and wanted to add a note or writing on the bag. The girl I spoke on the phone with at 2 pm, Friday January 13th outdid herself. It was better than I expected and honestly probably better than anything I could've done. I was in awe and my fiend loved it . Customer service 10/10.
