Most baristas working at this location are unwelcoming, and judgemental to customers. I also always hear vulgar language behind the bar.

I’ve been coming here for years and the service has been rapidly declining the past couple of years. The Baristas aren’t reading what’s on the drink sticker and mess up 9/10. Then when I let them know the drink is wrong I’m met annoyance and bitterness every time. Unfortunate because I used to love coming here. No longer worth it when I’m walking out with the wrong order when I’m paying 7$+ for a drink.

My partner and I are regulars, and almost every time we visit, our order is wrong. I always ask for vanilla syrup instead of classic in my iced matcha latte, and they still use classic. When I point it out, I'm told it was made correctly—even when I clearly saw otherwise.

On top of that, the tables are always dirty, despite plenty of staff being around. It's disappointing to deal with the same issues over and over

Whoever was working the drive-thru window on Friday, June 13th around noon, pretty terrible customer service. She got my order completely wrong and didn’t even ring in the food she confirmed with me. I could care less about mistakes on the headset, that happens, whatever. But when I politely told her the drink was wrong, she gave me attitude? Like, why? Isn’t Starbucks supposed to be known for good customer service? Yeah… not coming back to this location.

This was honestly the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff were not friendly at all and didn’t seem to care about the customers. While I was sitting inside, they were running around, shouting, laughing loudly, and even filming videos. It felt more like a high school hallway than a coffee shop. There were other customers inside, but all you could hear was the staff yelling and joking around. It made me feel really uncomfortable, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

I had the most amazing experience the other day, Olivia could tell I was struggling to pick a drink and made me a custom drink and it was AMAZING! one of the most memorable moment I’ve ever had at a Starbucks! I will most definitely be visiting again and hope to try more of her suggestions~!

Unfriendly and inconsiderate of their customers. Never coming back here again. I’m not one to leave reviews but I felt the need to here. I’ve been here multiple times where they are unkind, I always say thank you and have a good day and I get nothing back. Orders are always messed up as well. This is the closest location to my house but I will be making that extra drive for a more friendly environment.

I've been a regular at this Starbucks location for six years but had an upsetting experience last Sunday. The cashier openly discriminated against me, rolling their eyes and offering no greetings—no "Hi," no "Thank you," just impatience and stares. My order was delayed until I had to ask twice. Meanwhile, white customers who arrived later were warmly greeted, as one would expect at Starbucks. To make it worse, I witnessed another Asian customer receiving the same dismissive treatment. This is unacceptable. I've reported the incident to customer service.

I did a mobile order at 690 Eagleson Rd, a latte with 3 shots of espresso. When I went to pick up my coffee, it was a regular latte. When I pointed it out to the barrista, she told me she was "too busy" to fix it. I paid extra for the extra shots. I have never had this experience with any other location.

Refused to be serviced at the drive through. I called and a lady picked up the phone right away, I kindly asked her if the store was open and she said “we’re kinda closed” I asked for clarification and she said “we’re closed because we are short staffed”. I looked up the store hours, and they are open. I called back and suggested they should put signs out. The lady told me they put signs out on the door and the drive through. That is when I called her out and said you did not because I was just at the drive through, and no one spoke on the speaker to tell us the place was “closed”. She proceeded to try and argue with me on the phone. We were outright ignored in person, unacceptable during open hours and with two employees standing inside doing NOTHING.

Says closing at 9:30pm , at 8:45pm everything is already closed, and when its open half the time they are out of oat mikk or almond milk... also alot or rubbish and dirty.
