Came here for a dark roast brewed coffee, waited in line for almost 15 minutes (even though I was the only one in there) only to be told that they didn’t have dark roast even though it was morning time and only had medium (which is like water to me). They offered to either make it an Americano or add an espresso shot to darken the medium roast but both these were double the price. This pricing is outrageous and pretty much a bait and switch in my opinion. I will still with the local coffee shops and Starbucks is not getting a penny of my money again. They really become a total joke and why and they wonder why their business is faltering everywhere.

Went in today to get a Lavendar matcha latte. Evan was very friendly and gave excellent customer service, so props to them. Genuinely friendly customer service should be recognized because it really makes a difference! Drink was served quickly and tasted great. Should be a regular menu item year-round.

There was no apology or explanation.

This location is my go-to Sunday comfort zone and my weekly treat since I am always in the area to volunteer at the nearby animal shelter. Smaller location, as it is not an extension to a bookstore or inside a shopping mall, as most of them are. The morning staff is always pleasant, welcoming and friendly, whether you're ordering at the counter or even just picking up a mobile order, which by the way, are always ready on time so you never have to wait. The restaurant is clean with a cozy atmosphere, the music fits the ambiance and isn't too loud, and the outdoor patio seating is perfect during the warmer months. Love this place!

I'm a bit late posting this review, but I visited this location during the $5 drink and pastry deal (on July 7th, 2024 at around 10 AM). I asked for cream cold foam, and although it was a small extra charge, Lauren made it happen, which I really appreciated! I was just glad she found a solution and made it work :) Overall, this location is also very clean whenever I visit it and the staff is always kind.
