It’s the worst Starbucks I’ve ever seen in my life. I ordered an iced black tea + cold foam, it should be $5 or $6 but the cashier scanned my card for $12. Then she helped me to cancel my order, but she didn’t return my money!!!!!!!

Always out of ingredients. No order ahead option, and better yet some of the staff act like they’re doing you a favor by making your order. Coming from a customer service background, I always go the extra mile to be nice to the staff but somehow I ended up on their bad side and they started talking about me in a different language thinking I wouldn’t understand. Somehow they forgot to put main stuffs when they are making drinks….For example, i ordered the strawberry Frappuccino, but then they gave me just plain vanilla drink… forgot the whole syrup, fruit, whipping cream and sauces….It wasn’t that busy also…. And the people who works there seems to be not trained…Also not friendly….?
