Always out of ingredients. No order ahead option, and better yet some of the staff act like they’re doing you a favor by making your order. Coming from a customer service background, I always go the extra mile to be nice to the staff but somehow I ended up on their bad side and they started talking about me in a different language thinking I wouldn’t understand. Somehow they forgot to put main stuffs when they are making drinks….For example, i ordered the strawberry Frappuccino, but then they gave me just plain vanilla drink… forgot the whole syrup, fruit, whipping cream and sauces….It wasn’t that busy also…. And the people who works there seems to be not trained…Also not friendly….?

This location has been my hub of productivity for years and is by far my favourite branch of the Starbucks chain.It's located on Laurier Avenue, a brisk walk away from uOttawa campus, so expect to see a lot of students working here. I won't blame them; the interior is quite massive and there are a lot of options for seating, most of which with outlets. On warmer days, you get to sit on the patio or even on their second-floor balcony. It's overall a prime location for studying, working, or just socializing.The staff are very chipper, with great service and quick efficiency. The quality of the food and drinks is as standard as you'd get from this franchise.You'll probably be seeing me around here again.

They were out of half the special drinks so just ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap. They didn't blend it enough the first time so I couldn't even drink through the straw, asked for one that's blended more, instead I got one where they didn't put ice in it at all they just loaded it with syrup and it was awful. This was my second time at this location and it'll be my last.

The staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I ordered an oat shaken espresso and I watch the lady put espresso In a cup and add oat milk. The drink has a lot more than that but charged me the full amount. It was almost 7 dollars and she left the espresso to sit for a minute so the crema dissolved leaving a very bitter shot. Do not go here.

The store is kept clean, and I was impressed with how nicely the building and shop are being maintained. Bravo!The location is great too - near the university of Ottawa - and a good spot for people watching!We had prompt, efficient and friendly service. The coffee is good; but I find that Starbucks coffee is consistent in taste and flavour, at any outlet you go to.
