Worst Baristas! Ordered 2 Iced Coffee Vanilla and 1 Hot coffee vanilla, my 2 Iced coffee tasted worst, first they put 6 pumps taste nothing, next 10 pumps, next 15 pumps, and the last one was 18 pumps. And the girl Julia or Julianne not sure with the spelling of her name, she was so bad! Like she’s not happy helping the customer. They should give excellent customer service!! And take not its not busy.

I am a regular of this location, and I have been since they opened up. Prior to COVID (when the students were still around!), service was fantastic. During COVID, service was fantastic as well. Then when schools opened their classrooms back up and welcomed students into the residence upstairs, that's when things changed with this location. It has been over a year of mostly subpar drinks. The biggest issue I have is how inconsistent it is, because there's nothing I can do to fix that -my drinks will end up being too sweet or too bitter because the employees making them are inconsistent.Two days ago, it was just OK.Yesterday, my drink had no cream in it or syrup.Today I received a venti despite paying for a trenta -oddly enough, today's drink is the best I've had in a long time.Now, I don't necessarily blame the employees for this. They cannot seem to retain staff for more than a few weeks, so obviously the working conditions are problematic or Starbucks isn't providing the wages/benefits - probably both are contributing factors. We rarely ever see the same people, unlike before September of 2022.If the Starbucks team could actually become a team, and not have new staff members every other day to train, then my issues would not be issues. I'm sure it would be far less frustrating for the management as well. ??Ultimately, with the prices being raised every 6 months and this significant issue, I cannot see myself staying a regular customer of this location. The employees are nice, but that can only get you so far when I'm paying $5.50/day for a drink I may or may not like.. and I can't stick around to have them remake them, I mobile order because I have things to do.. so ?

Hit or miss. Sometimes its good and other times baristas have no idea how to make a drink. Generally don’t prefer this location it’s a waste of money. Go to a Rideau or even near Elgin.
