Horrible service ! Girl at front just wanted to be mean , said she could not warm up cranberry cake said it would melt asked to warm up anyways said she could not ! If it was policy she would have said it in the first place she just wanted to be plain mean ! She was very mean and very rude !!!! Will never go back !

We acknowledge( understand mistakes happen)tht they made a mistake a customer been waiting for 30 mins to get his " order" & telling us to wait because others who came after us are waiting & handed to him with an insult based on his race or gender ? can believe this happens in 2020 and others are watching the disrespect she gave us ...& she's saying here you go your ...with insult ..so do not expect to give you a 5.. we can empathize they're maybe short staff but Never insult a customer using your "W...privilege" based on their race of tht customer...it's insulting, and a disrespect of the brand called "Starbucks" ....

Been here several times. Employees always chatting with friends on the mall while people are waiting for their stuff. I’ve wait at least 15 minutes each time I went there.

I stopped by with my husband and the staff were very friendly and quick, there were only two on staff at the time. We ordered a Shaken Espresso and Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato, the barista was quick and friendly and the drinks were perfect. A great stop on the way home.

I wanted to make a point of contacting this location about the quality of service I received today around 5pm. The woman making drinks admitted to letting mine get lost in the shuffle. However - it got lost because she locked in for a bit with a customer who clearly needed to chat for a minute or two while she made his drink. She was extremely apologetic to me afterwards but I couldn't have cared less. I could tell her brief interaction with the other customer made his day. Listening in and waiting an extra minute or so for my own order was no problem at all. Sometimes you witness a genuine interaction that reminds you how good people can be to each other. I didn't catch her name but she's a gem.

Every time I go here the service is top notch (and I work in the mall full time, so it's pretty frequent)!!! The staff are always so friendly, kind, respectful, and just all around sweethearts!!! Keep up the amazing job team!!! You are all amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s possible I’ve interpreted this wrong. But this is what happened.. (reading other reviews where other people say the employee wanted to charge them more because they pay more for rent at that mall. If that’s true how come downtown branches don’t charge more? )Asked for large coffee. The guy tells me he can give only medium because that’s all the coffee left. It won’t make it a large one.I saw the two containers with red light on. I asked him if the new coffee is brewing. I could have waited. He repeats: I have coffee only for medium size. As if there won’t be any coffee left and I am the last customer to buy coffee.I said screw it. Left the place.So what would happen with customers who came after me? “Sorry, we sold our last cup of coffee a few minutes ago”The guy acted like he has to sell that old, left-out coffee waiting in that container for who knows how long.Even coffee shop owners are not that cheap. This guy just works there.

This spot has the best staff anywhere of all the coffee spots around. They always make my visit memorable with polite interactions and even personalize my coffee sometimes. This place looks like an amazing spot to work to and if I wasn’t already employed I’d go there.
