Great service. If it's busy, they'll ask you your name, to see how fast they'll be. Amazing service as per usual.

In a bookstore. Good bfast sandwich... I'm not a big fan of their coffee.

I went today to try your new blackberry sage refresher..
I ordered then waited a while for the drink to be made even though it was not busy at all.
When I went to the counter to grab my drink I noticed it had coconut milk in it..so I asked the barista..she said yes it has coconut milk in it...so I told her that I had ordered a refresher( I hate coconut milk)..she then brought the cashier in on the conversation (the one who took my order) and the cashier was very rude and blamed me for ordering wrong..even though the label on the drink said blackberry sage..not mightnight drink..
They reluctantly remade my drink...but wow

This starbucks is the worst I've been to staff can't make a drink correctly with all the information right infront of them and when they remake it the drink tastes like water 9$ down the drain... get proper staff or just shut down this wasteful location

Got scammed for a cappuccino here. I’m lactose intolerant and they made my cappuccino with milk. The lady offered to make another, but I had to catch my bus. Oh well - at least someone got a free cappuccino out of this.

Close to Transit stop. Had a few hours at YOW airport in Ottawa. Since their Starbucks is closed until around May 2025, I opted for this one instead. Good location with option to browse new reads while sipping on a warm bevvie.

Starbucks Chapters has become a luxury these days. I could not believe the bathroom here is worse than a gas station public bathroom. YUCK

Please give a special shoutout to the lovely dark-skinned lady with the beautiful eye shadow—I wish I had caught her name! She absolutely made my day with her warm smile! :)

The staff at this location makes it one of the best Starbucks in the city. I've been coming here for a long time as I have lived/worked in the south end for many years. I've always found the staff extra friendly here and the present staff are definitely the best group they've had working here in a long time. One of my favourite baristas is Jason who is always welcoming, friendly, and takes the time to say hi, ask about your day, and just super down to earth and personable--and he always has a smile! If he's not already a manager, I'd be very surprised. From my restaurant industry experience, I know customer service can be challenging at times especially during busy/stressful times, and you end up with impatient or unhappy costumers. SO Kudos to Jason for his amazing service, no matter how busy this place gets.
I also really like Rana and Kristianna (hope I spelled their names correctly!!), as they are very kind and friendly, and chat with everyone. I love the atmosphere here too as they are a lot of regulars and it sometimes feels like a small community hub. All in all, one of the best Starbucks in Ottawa and absolutely amazing staff!!!
