The manager personally hand delivered my triple iced caramel macchiato WITH A STRAW in the cafe! WOW ! Exception service I will 10/10 be returning ! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Great service. If it's busy, they'll ask you your name, to see how fast they'll be. Amazing service as per usual.

In a bookstore. Good bfast sandwich... I'm not a big fan of their coffee.
I went today to try your new blackberry sage refresher..
I ordered then waited a while for the drink to be made even though it was not busy at all.
When I went to the counter to grab my drink I noticed it had coconut milk in it..so I asked the barista..she said yes it has coconut milk in it...so I told her that I had ordered a refresher( I hate coconut milk)..she then brought the cashier in on the conversation (the one who took my order) and the cashier was very rude and blamed me for ordering wrong..even though the label on the drink said blackberry sage..not mightnight drink..
They reluctantly remade my drink...but wow
This starbucks is the worst I've been to staff can't make a drink correctly with all the information right infront of them and when they remake it the drink tastes like water 9$ down the drain... get proper staff or just shut down this wasteful location
Got scammed for a cappuccino here. I’m lactose intolerant and they made my cappuccino with milk. The lady offered to make another, but I had to catch my bus. Oh well - at least someone got a free cappuccino out of this.
Close to Transit stop. Had a few hours at YOW airport in Ottawa. Since their Starbucks is closed until around May 2025, I opted for this one instead. Good location with option to browse new reads while sipping on a warm bevvie.
