Strange lady was enraged when I made a comment about the water no longer being free. She told me I need to be careful around the Starbucks??? She said it in a threatening tone and overall very negative energy from her. Not the face of Starbucks I wanna see. She thinks Brian Niccol is gonna scoop her up and marry her because she's charging people for tap water. Get her employee benefits cause she's probably never leaving.

Me and my friend simply wanted some venti ice waters. The old policy was you could get free water so my friend made a shocker remark about how it has changed. Some rude woman working there made a snarky comment about how she can still hear us from the drive through mark. When we were getting our waters, she again was being rude and dragging on the comment that was made that by the way was not rude. Extremely dissapointed in our experience and get this girl out she needs to act her wage. She is NOT the CEO. Thank you.

I love this location, all the girls and few guys are so wonderful. The problem they are having is their new staff, seems to need retraining. I love seeing the same baristas that have been there for a while and you can tell how much effort they put in everyday! Show them some recognition, especially watching them, as a customer, literally running the show. HIRE MORE PEOPLE

’m not usually a raving Starbucks fan, but this particular location has completely changed my perspective. It’s incredibly convenient and has become my go-to spot for meeting friends or clients, or even just relaxing with a book. I now find myself visiting once or twice every one to two weeks, which is a big change for me since I used to go only a few times a year.

The space itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very welcoming. There’s plenty of seating, including comfortable lounge-style leather chairs as well as standard wooden ones, making it easy to choose a spot depending on your mood or purpose. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always helpful, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Very cute small oriental girl with an amazing attitude at the drive thru on Wednesday the fifth at 12:30pm. She is your star employee guaranteed. What a nice experience she loves her job

asked for a quad, they gave me 2 shots max. I know what 4 shots of espresso tastes like ladies. another starbucks robbing people 6 dollars for hot water with a tiny bit of coffee flavor smh

The staff definitely making the wrong formula as usual and keep explaining it. Giving me a frapuchino in the coffee cup which is not having anyway to make the drink come out other than squeezing the cup lol

I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks (Trim Social) for a long time, and today I had one of the worst experiences ever. I stopped by and politely asked for a cup of water since I wasn’t ordering at that moment. The staff told me I couldn’t get water unless I made a purchase. I just did purchase last Friday (August 1st, 2025)

This is incredibly disappointing for a company like Starbucks that prides itself on community and hospitality. Refusing water to a regular customer is not only bad customer service, it’s inhumane and unwelcoming. After today, I no longer feel valued as a customer, and I will think twice about ever coming back.

Service and drinks are great but the music is always loud here, you can not have a conversation with this kind of loud music. Please put the music to a comfortable level where it is not too loud.
