I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks (Trim Social) for a long time, and today I had one of the worst experiences ever. I stopped by and politely asked for a cup of water since I wasn’t ordering at that moment. The staff told me I couldn’t get water unless I made a purchase. I just did purchase last Friday (August 1st, 2025)
This is incredibly disappointing for a company like Starbucks that prides itself on community and hospitality. Refusing water to a regular customer is not only bad customer service, it’s inhumane and unwelcoming. After today, I no longer feel valued as a customer, and I will think twice about ever coming back.

Service and drinks are great but the music is always loud here, you can not have a conversation with this kind of loud music. Please put the music to a comfortable level where it is not too loud.

I always get great service when I'm here. Even when I order a drink that I hadn't had for awhile. Ordered thru drive-thru. She understood that I was expecting something else and made thart for me at no charge.

Poor service. I routinely ask for a decaf coffee (cannot drink caffeine as I am pregnant) but am usually offered a decaf americano for the same price given that decaf coffee has not been brewed. For some reason today, they refused this exchange and said I now had to pay full price for the offered substituted drink. Very disappointed and offended.

My sister and I went to Starbucks on a late Saturday night to try the new Christmas drinks. When we pulled up to the window, we were greeted by the most amazing employee. Lily was extremely outgoing and was so easy to talk to. She radiated welcomes and was so so sweet. Even though we showed up very close to closing time, she was so caring and made our night 100 times better. Lily you are amazing, we love you!
Raising an awareness here: Ordered a Mango Dragonfruit refresher, to my surprise approximately 3/4 of the glass was filled with ice, less than a quarter of the glass with the refresher drink. A followup with Starbucks says the recipe calls for this volume of ice.
Friendly staff and great service, however Starbucks recipe for these cold refreshers must be altered.

This morning I walked in and the entire staff loudly complemented my outfit. They were like My very own hype squad!!! They had no idea that I was just about to go speak at a corporate event and was feeling nervous. They had no idea that I was crazy rushed, had the shakes and my shoes just broke! They just all went out of the way to say how great I looked and it set me on the perfect track to go crush my speech and win the day. I walked out feeling so happy and confident. The staff here is ALWAYS like that. Just so kind, happy, upbeat and personable. I hope they read this because it always means a lot, but it especially did this morning ?
