They do not have decaf coffee. Update -- decided to come again ... hours indicate closing time was 8.30 pm, but all the chairs were on the tables at 7.30 pm and it looked closed, so I went to the McDs down the road for a bit of a treat instead ... I was able to get a Decaf coffee (nice and hot) and my daughter got a McFlurry. Man, I tell you ... I find Starbucks is so hit and miss, nowadays ... I don't know why I bother.

This location is the best one in Orleans to sit and work.Nice open space, lots of plugs.Staff are always friendly. Don't ever have any issues with my drinks.Overall great location!The only thing is the tables are often gross (I.e if I use a lysol wipe it comes away brown) but I don't think that's a store specific problem? Ive had someone tell me once that certain starbucks have tables with a coating that just becomes sticky and catches dust and sometimes even imprint of the starbucks bags or order stickers. So I guess it's more of a starbucks corporate issue.Overall would recommend.

I went to the drive through the other night thinking that if they would be closed the drive through would have a cone or someway to know that its closed from that side but I drove in and waited for 2-3 minutes realizing no one is going to talk and left. I realized that they had been closed for 20 minutes not knowing the hours, it would have been nice if they blocked the drive if they close...

Where do I even start this review...If I could give 0 stars I would. The service here is brutal, don't get me wrong I know how busy a Starbucks can be but this is next level. Half the time the one working cash never acknowledges that someone is at the cash waiting while they are grabbing other items. There is one employee here who smells rank almost to the point where I have gagged. I normally get just a brewed coffee and seeing her turn around to pour my coffee is another disgusting sight in its self. The amount of dandruff is disgusting, how is the manger allowing her to make drinks and serve food????!?!?!?!!?!? There are some baristas that poor just cold milk into the lattes to "top them up" that's not what people are paying 8$ for!!!

such a great starbucks to study at with lots of seating options! not to mention, erykah is an exceptional barista and i have had many impeccable experiences at your location because of her. she goes out of her way to make sure food/drinks come out in a quick manner & has just awesome customer service. one of the best starbucks by far!

I really like this location at 1375 Trim rd. Personable staff, clean washrooms, and nice little patio area. Greeted with warmth by Callie, who perfected my ridiculously obnoxious drink order, was really the icing on the cake!

Waited 18 minutes for a Venti Latte. The staff’s focus is on the drive thru and leave people ordering indoors waiting forever. When a customer that ordered ahead of me asked if his order was coming anytime soon as he waited over 15 minutes, a barista said he was working as fast as he can and that there were many drive thru orders. Another employees with a name tag that read “smelly” (I’m not making this up) said out loud: take your time, they can wait. One of the least organized location I’ve ever visited.
