I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered an Iced Black Tea, but the barista mistakenly entered it as Iced Black Tea with Lemonade. These are two different items with different prices, but she assumed they were the same. This resulted in me being overcharged.

When I noticed the mistake on my receipt, I went back to address it. The barista took a long time to figure out how to process a refund, and it could only be refunded in cash, not back to my Starbucks card or credit card. To make matters worse, she refunded me for a Grande size instead of the Venti I had actually ordered, so I received less money back than I was owed. Overall, I paid more, wasted a lot of time, and the drink didn’t even taste good.

Additionally, while they allow you to pay with a Starbucks card here, you don’t earn any Starbucks rewards points. I had to contact Starbucks customer service through online chat when I got home, provide a photo of my receipt, and request my stars manually. This was an inconvenient process, and I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

I hope they improve their service to prevent others from having a similar experience.

Busy location in the morning (8:30a), super friendly staff. Tucked in the corner of the plaza, a bit hard to access by car

Note that most of the reviews here are not for this particular Starbucks location in the Metro. There is no order ahead here as they are not on the Starbucks app; however they do accept Starbucks cards. This location isn't great. It's good if you're getting groceries and still need a morning coffee to wake up but that's about it. The employees are Metro employees and are not properly trained as Starbucks baristas. They never know what they're doing and something is almost always screwed up. Many items are also frequently out of stock. Limited bar-height seating.
