I remember exactly who was in front of me and who was behind me in the line. They served the people before me and the people after me, so I started to think they had forgotten my order. When I approached the counter to explain the situation, the Canadian girl there cut me off and said, “You have to wait!” When I told her I wanted to cancel my order, she told me to go back to the end of the queue again—there were about 10 people in line—just to cancel it.

I had to wait 40 minutes just for 1 small latte. The workers were too rude and did not reply appropriately to my questions.
The store was slow, and still had to wait 40 minutes for just 1 coffee.

I ordered a Venti Pink Drink with light ice, but what I received was about two-thirds ice and only one-third drink. For nearly $7, I expected more than a cup full of ice. Really disappointing experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks. I’ve had two amazing experiences here that really show how kind and caring the staff are. A few weeks ago, I accidentally spilled my mocha on the floor. When I asked for some paper towels to clean it, the staff immediately came over, insisted on cleaning it themselves, and even surprised me with a free frappuccino — which was absolutely delicious! Today, I made another small mistake by ordering the wrong drink through the app, and again, they were incredibly understanding and gave me an extra frappuccino for free. It’s rare to see this level of kindness and great service these days. This location truly stands out for its wonderful team and positive atmosphere. Highly recommend it!

One of the worst experiences ever! My entire order was delivered incorrectly, and even the name was misspelled as “’RONA .” When I told them the products were wrong, they showed no concern. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

Disappointing when you ask for light ice, and get half a cup of the drink, in return. They used to make my match so good, and now, I feel like I just wasted 8$ on ice. It’s not that the matcha doesn’t taste good, it hits the spot every time. Just wish I wasn’t left feeling robbed. (I modified for “light ice”)
