We waited 10 minute at the speaker to simply get the order taken, we then waited 25 minutes at the window waiting for our SINGLE venti drink, mind you they were very dead, which then came to the window as the smallest size there was, when the young man was corrected instead of making the drink as the proper size he added a pump of vanilla then added another scoop of ice in the already melty ice drink to make it the "correct" size. When we honked at 20 mins we were ignored. Not only that, someone walked while we were at the window made an order and he was back out the door before we had even seen ours made. Honestly worst Starbucks experience. Wouldn't go to this one again. We should have left way earlier we only waited so long assuming the young man was a trainee, if it took that long with the correct order we wouldn't be so upset. Just the WORST experience.

The worst “atmosphere”. The air conditioner was extremely high, the napkins were blowing from the desk! and it was super cold ( during winter!) I kindly asked the staff to turn it off or lower, they said yes but the girls just laughed the moment I stepped away!! Horrible experience, better to only use the drive through.

What is the point of providing more coffee when you can't out the lid on the coffee cup. Seriously lack of service at this location is deplorable. 7 staff members, no one to take your order. Slowest Starbucks in Canada!
