I visit the Ottawa Marriott several times a year for conferences, and having a Starbucks right inside the hotel is an absolute convenience. It’s especially helpful in the mornings when you want a quick coffee before heading to your sessions or meetings. Amazingly, even with the busy morning crowd, the wait is usually quite reasonable, which speaks to the efficiency of the staff. They’re friendly, attentive, and make the whole experience smooth and pleasant, whether you’re grabbing a simple coffee or a more elaborate order.
The seating area is comfortable and just the right size — enough space to sit down for a short break, enjoy your drink, or even have a small conversation without feeling cramped. I also really appreciate that they offer free refills on brewed coffee, which is a great perk for anyone planning to spend a little extra time there.
The only downside is the hours of operation. It would be wonderful if they stayed open later or opened earlier, especially for conference-goers who have early morning or late evening commitments. Despite that, it remains a reliable and convenient spot for a coffee fix whenever I’m staying at or visiting the Marriott. The combination of efficiency, friendly service, comfortable seating, and the Starbucks quality makes it a dependable choice every time.

Asked for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich, barista said bacon. I presume that was the only option so I said yes, as I’m waiting, I hear other people ordering sausage. I went to tell them they put the wrong sandwich in and the girl tells me I ordered bacon. Tried to explain the situation and the girl became rude and didn’t wanna hear it. Also said the app was no working when it was fine on my phone.

My coffee was perfect(taste and temp). I sipped it as I walked about, looking at the cool buildings. I also ordered the bacon-style turkey sandwich and it was delicious and warm.
This location is attached to the Mariott, so I wasn't able to use my starbucks QR Scan.
I came here on a Saturday around 12:15pm and it wasn't busy at all. The store was clean, organized and stocked.

My friend treated me with a drink. Thankfully my friend does not use a mobility device. I could not see the menu behind everything all over the counter and would not have been able to reach to pay independently. For a stock market company, not enough locations are accessible.
Super friendly staff, fast service I recommend it, it is one if the best starbucks in town.

Typically, I don’t do reviews however the service I received Wed November 6th by Rosa was Beyond my expectation on such a rushed morning. Therefore, she needs to be recognized.
I noticed some of the barista seemed quite stressed; However, she was the only one with a smile who took one minute out of her day to provide me with excellent service. I received horrible news that morning and was really not feeling myself but because of her I left with a smile.

Pecan Oat Crunch Latte is the best taste for me… been ordering for the past few weeks.
This location has a calendar board for local events downtown, huge seating area, outdoor seating area as well.

Bought a KIND bar there in April (cost $2.31). My credit card statement showed that I was charged $120 for it. Initially, they told me that that couldn't do anything since I'd come into the store and tapped my card. Then, they figured out that the $120 purchase was made on another card, but somehow got charged to mine. Three months later, and despite several conversations with people in their accounting shop, this still has not been resolved :(
