I came here prior to a Conservative Party gathering,Bail Not Jail, Held at The Ramada It was lovely seeing a familiar face, from College Square, who was transferred to this location. She is very hard working and sweet, they all are truly. My coffee was perfectly brewed. Thank you for the years of hard work it doesn’t go unnoticed, especially by me. 🤗🥰

So rush hour 6 pm Wednesday October 15 I go thru drive thru make my order the girl was so friendly and such a amazing personality she could make any ones day better I ordered large peacan crunch oat latte it was best experience ever for dtarbucks or for any drive thru we need more ppl like her in the world this is by far best starbucks I ever went to good job

The only starbucks I have been to where I have never received a drink with burnt espresso. The staff are friendly and often remember the regulars. I once had to abandon an order I placed ahead of time due to unforeseen circumstances and come back for it hours later. They remade it at no extra charge which was unexpected and really appreciated on such a stressful day. I go out of my way to go to this location over others. Fast, efficient, friendly, reliable, consistent. This location is what all Starbucks locations should aspire to be.
I am very disappointed. My drinks are never made correctly, staff are argumentative, the location never has toilet paper in the washrooms and they are very stingy about the amount of liquid in your cup. I just ordered a cold drink without ice and they left almost two inches out of my drink. When I pay 6-8 dollars for a drink, I expect it to be up to standard, which it seldom is. It’s not my fault I just want my drink, the whole thing. And no, I didn't take sips prior to submitting this photo, nor did I ask them to fill it more, because as I have stated, they are quite argumentative and I don't have time for that at 8 in the morning. It's that they'll remake a drink 3 times (yes three, it’s happened several times.) but they won't just make a drink right and fill it to the top the first time?? Thanks, no thanks.
