Service is awful slow for the price. Takes me 30 min for a coffee whether I go in our out. I avoid this one if possible

This is the Starbucks inside the Loblaws. Twice I've gone here and both times my drink was messed up. The second time, my husband went back to tell them it was wrong (I ordered a Honey citrus mint tea and they gave me a mint tea....but charged me $6). They "remade" it and it was somehow worse. I won't be going back

Certainly one of the more friendly stores in the Barrhaven area. Best selection for a one-stop shop!
Went in and got ignored by the staff. Super UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Would not recommend coming here for good service
So this morning I ordered through my Starbucks App and again no one there working...I get charged on the App and no coffee!What a great business!0 Stars is what this location deserves!!!

I ordered a drink and it didn't have ice in it so they charged me $2 extra for not having ice in it. Their environment is also not that good and their staff is also very dirty. He has no manners to speak.

The Baristas don't communicate, nor do they pay attention to the orders. They messed up my order and the order of the person in front of me. They are always on their phones, very unfriendly. I'm so over it. Do not go here.

The staff and management does not focus on customer service. They are extremely slow, waited in line 3-5 minutes behind an employee that was chatting with the cashier, I had to ask if someone could take my order, because the cashier and Starbucks employee was chatting as if no one was waiting in line which was me. The drive thu is slow also, I have given this location lots of changes but I will drive further for better service. Ohh and when the cashier finally took my order, there was no sorry about the wait, just what can I get for you?Sorry this is the wrong Starbucks.I meant the Starbucks by farm boy.

The staff were inexperienced, clumsy and rude. My coffee was not prepared correctly and the barista spilled a coffee all over the counter. Worst experience at any Starbucks location.

I've recently visited this location and ordered an Americano. The experience was bittersweet. While picking up my drink, the barista kindly offered a pump of syrup. I asked for 1 pump however, I was surprised when asked to return to the counter to pay an extra $0.80 for it. I understand that businesses have pricing policies, but this felt a bit pushy, especially for such a small addition.I appreciate the suggestion for an extra flavor, but the execution felt more like an upsell rather than an act of customer service. I was initially inclined to leace a $10 tip for the overall service quality, but being pushed for more $$$ changed my mind. I believe a more customer-friendly approach, especially for small additions, could enhance the Starbucks experience.Service approach could be more considerate.

I go here all the time before work, all the high-school age employees are so sweet and good at making drinks! But, there's an older glasses-wearing white woman there (who I assume is the manager) who just gives off the worst vibes ever. My sister went in during a rush to order drinks for me and my mom (she didn't know it would be that busy) and the older lady goes "There's 20 people behind you" basically saying that my sister ordering 3 drinks was holding up the line. I cannot imagine being that miserable in life to actively be rude to strangers. If I knew her name I would name drop. Anyways, the other employees deserve better.
