It's a shame that this location just can't keep up with orders. I've had consistently bad experiences here where ill make sure to order ahead, but my order doesnt start being processed until i nudge staff. I see the staff working fast and hard, but it seems they could use another espresso machine to keep up. Also hoping Mgmt addresses order fulfillment order priority.

Most definitely hands down THE worst Starbucks in the city. I sat in that drive through for 15 minutes. Amy is completely rude. And I’ve watched her be rude to customers. The older lady working the drive thru needs to be moved away. Where’s Sacha? She was hands down the best manager for that location. When she’s on shift things are working properly and timely. Who’s Brittany? The new Store manager? I think in a 10 min span I saw her readjust her pants about 6 times. Pulling them up as they were sliding/busting off her.

Brittany- get some proper fitting clothes so your staff and CUSTOMERS don’t have to see your lady-bits. Do better, girl.

This morning I ordered a coffee at the drive through at this location (Orleans Blvd) I was the only car in line. It was just a coffee nothing complicated. I got to the window and there were 2 employees enjoying their espresso and chatting. No one at the counter inside. While they were busy entertaining themselves I waited more than 5 minutes to see if at least one of them could manage to pour a coffee after which I drove away. I tried to call the store but the phone number listed is not available. I had hoped to let the manager know that the service is brutal and no doubt will lose him or her customers. I certainly won't EVER go back.

The staff at this Starbucks location are neither professional nor friendly when handling Uber Eats orders. When a customer places an order through the platform, the store receives the information immediately. However, the staff always wait until the delivery driver arrives before starting to prepare the order. When the store gets busy, they prioritize in-store orders and only make the delivery orders last, even if the delivery driver arrived earlier. So, if your order placed through the delivery platform is often late, it’s not the driver’s fault—it’s because the store always puts your order at the end of the queue.

Moreover, the staff visibly dislike seeing delivery drivers, and they treat in-store customers very differently, likely because delivery drivers don’t tip them. On Thursday afternoon, I went to pick up an order and waited for a long time without being acknowledged. Eventually, a female employee signaled to the male employee standing at the drive-through window that there was a delivery driver waiting. The male employee quietly said, "Just ignore him." I ended up having to cancel the order.

If this Starbucks location dislikes delivery orders so much, why don’t they just cancel their Uber Eats service altogether?

I've mostly ordered online, and this location is SO inconsistent. Sometimes, the drinks are filled SO low or they're just barely "edible."

In person is a different story, my drinks are usually way better and the staff are kind.
