This is THE WORST Starbucks in the east end! Drinks in the mobile order that say 7-10 minutes to prepare can take 20+ minutes, and then they are FULL OF ICE even when you order light ice. If you dare ask about the amount of ice, you get rude rude rude snapbacks from the people who work here. We won't set foot in this store again! Choose another Starbucks where the staff make the drinks more quickly, with better quality, and with better customer service!

My girlfriend’s drink was missing modifications and overall was not good, so I went back to have it remade. Staff was extremely friendly and apologized for what was missed. I was told to give my name and number so the manager could contact me about. Never heard back, and unfortunately the new drink was just as bad. Never had a matcha from Starbucks taste even close to either of them :(. Not a place for matcha I guess

Just popped in for a quick breakfast sandwich. Was greeted by every staff person. The client experience was quite lovely. I was served quickly, addressed by my name and given lots of smiles. I know Starbucks normally has great customer service but this was definitely next level and deserving of a review.

Tip option in the drive thru? Really? Please stop this. The obvious consumer behaviour is to extend their hand with their payment card, tap, then leave. Don’t lessen the efficiency of the process by making them select menu options.

Also got the order wrong / was not trained what a ‘regular’ coffee is. That’s one cream one sugar guys. Sorry I didn’t order in Italian although I don’t think that would have worked either lol.

Stopped by at this location to get my sister's birthday drink. I told this to the cashier with pink hair while she decides, no smile, no happy bd. Surely they don't have to, but where is the nice customer service policy of Starbucks. In the end, they did not give her a free drink because, apparently, you need to purchase something in the last two weeks prior! And no, she did not just download the app just to get a free drink.

After that, we went to Sturbucks on Trim and guess what, they were so nice and gave her bd drink. To the pinky hair: you don't have to be rude and ignorant. Try to make people smile.

They charge more.
Take more time to complete your order.
Mess up orders more often.
Drive thru break down more often.

Than ANY other starbucks around.
Charge more, give less at lower quality. Must be a MAGA Trump starbucks...

Came through the drive thru and placed a mobile order pick up at 10:20 this morning. Pulled up said I had a mobile order. The girl goes “Was it in store or drive thru bro?” I said drive thru. She said “Okay well we literally just got it so don’t do that again. Just place the order in the drive thru if you’re going to do that because it takes 10 minutes to make” Lol okay. Mind you, the drive thru was completely empty. we pull up and get our drinks within 2 minutes. God forbid I want to use the mobile app to use the re order function. Why even make this an option if you’re going to make it a huge deal? So sorry you had to grab a ticket from a machine lmao this starbucks is awful
