To preface: my experience here is usually good. But today, pretty disappointed with the lack of professionalism. See attached photo, you can even see it says "light ice". How is 75% of the cup being ice considered light? In addition, I ordered a Venti (Large) mocha frap, they gave me a Grandé. I have never uttered the word "Gran-day" in my life at a Starbucks. Hopefully you guys step up your game as summer's approaching.

You really can’t go wrong with any Starbucks. Coffee is always good, they always come out with new and improved beverage options. To top it off, staff are well trained and provide stellar customer service.This location is no different. It’s even next to a grocery store, and other fast food and restaurant options.I’d definitely be returning in the future.

Checkmark for having decaf on hand, but waited approx. 4 minutes for the coffee ... no one else waiting in store. Coffee was good. Cleanliness of lobby suffered. Seems that cleanliness at Starbucks is low priority nowadays. Starbucks experience is no longer what it once was, I am afraid to say.

I went to Starbucks for a coffee in the drive trough. The barista told me my card (Apple Pay) was declined twice so we paid for it with another card (another card on Apple Pay). We left the drive through and I realized that the payment went trough the first card and it wasn’t declined. But it also went trough the second card. So we paid twice on two cards for ONE drink. We thought it was just an error so we went in the store. We explained it to 2 mangers and they refused to give us a refund. (But we paid twice…). The first manger was rude and didn’t care about what we said and said she can’t do anything. The second manger (pink hair) was a little nicer but still said that she couldn’t do anything. She said that we need to call our bank and she wouldn’t do anything else otherwise… So we went home and I called my bank. They told me that Starbucks needs to give me a refund or the back would have to dispute it with them. So I called the manger (pink hair) to explain that and told me to come back to get the refund.This was an absolute waste of my time. She could’ve done that an hour before.I am always at that Starbucks and I really don’t appreciate this kind of customer service. I understand that the problem is the machine but then they should fix the machine. I have had problem with their pin pads before.I hope you will understand and can improve from this situation.

I had to wait 40 minutes and 4 Uber orders for my DoorDash order. It's always the same in this store

Drive through is disorganized and extremely slow. 3 cars only ahead of, 2 of them got 1 drink and it took 20 minutes to get my order. Sandwiches were cold by the time I got the drinks, one was ready and stood there on the counter while it took over 5 minutes to get the second one!People were reversing out of the drive through!At that price point, one expects much better...

Infinite growth for any business is not good for customer service. The workers here have to work too hard and unfortunately it impacts the good paying customers who tip and smile and never complain. When Santa Claus drops in and the employees don’t even notice or are indifferent, it means workers need more relief and better management.

I'm always at this Starbucks but one thing I noticed is they ONLY hire white people. I don't see any people of color working at this location which is unfortunately really sad especially since the manager is not white. Only lgbt white people, what a bummer.

Absolute worst Starbucks ive ever gone to. I live in the area so I've been here enough times to see no progress in customer service. The drive-thru takes incredibly long because they are so obviously understaffed. Not only that, the manager doesn't take accountability for training people before putting them on a really busy weekend. The new hire taking my order was struggling despite their being a huge line up and no one came to assist her. They messed up my order by forgetting items and then blamed the machine. On top of that, the tallest barista was making my drink and when I mentioned a correction that needed to be made, she grumpily told me 'no that's how its made'. Everyone there is miserable and it made me miserable being there. Hire more staff and train them better!!

Incredibly busy and slow location. Always takes at least 25 mins for a drink. Unfortunate as it’s our closest location. We avoid going here now.
