Refills at Starbucks more like a scam. They make it sound like a perk but then hit you with all these conditions. Not worth the hassle, just buy another coffee somewhere else.

They don’t know what light ice is here :( this has happened numerous times now when I’ve ordered drinks with light ice. Other than that a good location, just don’t expect light ice.

i asked for water and the man had a very disgusting attitude. it’s funny because i was literally there earlier that day as a paying customer, so the nasty attitude was completely unwarranted. never coming back its super overpriced anyway

The patio is absolutely lovely — a rare treat in the city. It’s spacious, clean, and perfect for enjoying your drink on a sunny day. I especially appreciate how peaceful it feels despite being in the heart of downtown.
Inside, the customer service is consistently warm and professional.
One of the highlights for me has been the new small pieces of pancakes they offer — light, fluffy, and just sweet enough. I highly recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a tasty snack to go with your friends.
