Nice clean Starbucks and the staff is friendly. I am giving a service a 1 though because I asked that my lemon loaf cake not be removed from the plastic wrap and be given as is instead of wasting extra packaging. Apparently, the server is not allowed and had to put it in a paper bag sleeve. I guess it is more important that Starbuck gets to show off its logo than help protect the environment a little or you know keep the product fresh in case I didn't want to eat it right away.
I know I am being a bit of a Karen but was that really unreasonable customer request?
Again nothing against the barista/server who has been told that this is company policy. She apologized and said she could not do it very nicely.

Go to place for coffee on my way to office or sometime in afternoon as well. Excellent service I've got here each and every time been there. Very busy due to the prime location in downtown.

Every time I visit, the Baristas are happy and cheerful, my orders have always been correct and well executed. They keep things moving at a good pace when it's busy, and have no problem chatting with you when it's slower. Definitely a decent place to grab your PSL!

I have never brought my self to write a bad review, but the new girl, Vik was extremely rude to me I didn’t see her put the right milk in my drink and she filled the cup to the top with ice even though I had cold foam I wanted on it so I asked her to remove the ice and if she used coconut milk she muttered “yes” with attitude to the milk and no answer for the ice so I asked again and she asked if I wanted her to make a new drink so I said sure, then again when she was making it I mistakened the coconut milk for chai and I asked her where the coconut milk was and she very rudely said back to me “what do you mean where’s the coconut milk” and i apologized for my mistake and she went on to make my drink, rolling her eyes, shaking her head and sighing. I told her she doesn’t have to be so rude and another employee tried to excuse her behaviour because she’s new. I work at a coffee shop as well and none of our staff are this rude to people nor the new staff. I also waited around 15 minutes.

A well-oiled machine, it gets incredibly busy here, but the baristas are on top of it! Since it gets so busy I do recommend pre-ordering if you're in a rush.There are some tables here but they're small and can only hold a laptop. As well, not many outlets.

Ordered a drink for delivery and the cup isn't filled to the top? It didn't leak, so someone just didn't fill it ?
