The service here is pretty inconsistent. You will sometimes have staff that are super friendly, seem to enjoy working while others seem to be there just for the paychecks and can't wait for their day to be over. Surprisingly, today I even had a barista critique my order to another barista while I was waiting for it. Nice way of making customers feel welcomed.

Horrible experience as my first time at set location. The white male barista yelled at me for inquiring where pickups were. I definitely felt undertones of racism which made for an uncomfortable wait for my order. No apology from any of the other employees as I watched a few laugh about it afterward with the individual. I'm disappointing that I had to experience that in 2023 especially in Ottawa out of all places.
