5:20 pm on the tornado Friday, I figured I had to take the bus as the storm was beginning. I asked if they could change $10 into some quarters and some loonies. The lady asked me to wait as she had to open the cash. A few customers bought their things, as I waited for about 4-5 min., When I approached her again, hoping would be fine now, she told me that I had to buy something. I work at the BMO building just behind, and have been buying from them on a pretty much regular basis....so this was beyond any respect....had no comments and left.A block away, in Bridgehead, the lady just asked me , "for the bus?", And kindly gave me change. That's why I will not buy anything from Starbucks anymore!

Fabulous store with cheerful welcoming staff. I get consistently good coffees from this location - not always the case at other locations.This store is a bit darker and there is an awkward post in the way of the cash which confuses anyone in the store for the first time. As a result this location tends to generally have shorter lines and is exactly why I go here, instead of the bigger bright closer to work location 2 blocks away from this one.Love the staff.Would I return? YesWould I recommend? Yes
