If you are a thick dough/crust fan, this is for you! If you're like me who doesn't like so much crust, I would say to skip this place. Found the crust to be both dry and oily at the same time. It did get some brownie points because of the white sauce on the mushroom pizza and the crunchy cheese around the edge.

Don't be lead astray by first impressions! When I first opened the box I thought "it looks a little small for two people" and then I got halfway through the first piece and realized that a piece of pizza with a crust 4 times thicker than I'm used to fills you up differently. I've never had square shaped pizza, so I was happy to see that it comes cut up into 4 pieces.Detroit style is different from what I'm used to, so I might ask for extra sauce for my next order.I'm not familiar with the numbering on Elgin street, so I did wander back and forth for a bit looking for it, but the bartender was friendly and welcoming when I got there. Thanks!

If you only want to eat bread and cheese then this is the pizza for you! Asked for extra sauce and still nothing. Traditional light sauce in no excuse, I've had great Detroit style pizza before.

My fiancee and I have thoroughly enjoyed the gluten-free options (I think it may be the best pizza in town), but we were disappointed tonight when we called multiple times to have the gluten free options turned on for Uber Eats. They kept promising to turn it on, but seemed to be rushing me off the phone and telling me what I want to hear. they didn't seem to care whether or not the service issue was fixed or not.Dietary restrictions: I can't believe it is NOT gluten!

Have gotten the Bee Sting and Spicy and they were both delicious pizzas; very well made with quality ingredients. Ordering and pickup have been a breeze so far.

Not great. I lived in Michigan for years, and this pizza is about as mediocre as that State. Pretty dry, and the price point is way too high for what you get. Not happy about my choice tonight.

The dough is very spongey, soft, and surprisingly bland (the texture is reminiscent of injera bread). The sauce was alright (good amount). The cheese has a strange texture that I didn't enjoy. It makes terrible left overs.I'd eat it again if it were free but I would never pay for this.

Went their last summer and keep dreaming to come back, I live in Montreal. By far the best Detroit style pizza I had, top 5 pizza ever. Had the Up in smoke, brisket was tasty and melting in the mouth, perfect balance taste with the pickles and gooey cheese. Home made brew was a great match. Only thing negative is it was hard to find, as it is (was) in a local bar, no real advertising on the outside.

Quality toppings and cooked perfectly for my liking (a little crispy). We ordered two pies, pepperoni and bee sting, both were excellent.Price point is on the higher side but a place like this is aiming for quality over quantity so a nice treat.

Delicious pizza, friendly staff. It's definitely the best gluten free dough in the city. Partner isn't celiac and also loves the pizza here, we'd definitely recommend this pizza.Only missing one star because I ordered 2 sauces and got home to only one in the box.

We enjoyed the pizza when it first opened and it's been awhile since we got it so we thought it would be a good Halloween treat, sadly it was the opposite. The crust didn't have the same sourdough taste and chew, it was quite bland and oddly crumbly for a pizza crust. The cheese was alright, it was as if it was put on halfway through baking. The BBQ chicken chunks were too big for a pizza (they were thinly sliced before) and BBQ sauce was quite boring, too sweet and basic, whereas the old darker BBQ sauce had more flavour. There was also no salsa verde.Notorious PIG was alright, toppings kept falling off, cheese didn't really hold on to anything. The middle wasn't really cooked all the way and collected all the cheese

Good if you like thick crust. We got the gluten free pizza and was surprised that we could barely tell. We ate it fresh out of the oven and it was soft, fluffy, cheesy, meaty. I prefer thin crust but if I'm in the mood to get stuffed, this is a good option.

It’s okay. We were a large group so got quite a few of the options. Top picks were the bee/ honey one and Hawaiian, but consensus was it’s not super. It is very filling so not a bad price. We won’t get again but from reviews it’s seems others love it.
