I have experienced the owner Zachary as a small-minded and hateful individual. The food may be good but please google their past controversies with neighboring businesses (e.g. sharpfle) and their support for the "freedom" convoy, to decide if your dollars could be better spent elsewhere. Zachary and Tammy are not good neighbors. They care about filling their pockets more than they care about the well-being of their community. I personally will not be coming back to this establishment.

Had carrot cake with real cream cheese icing and a coffee. I was very disappointed with the icing in the cake and wouldn’t recommend it. The coffee was excellent.

My husband and I went to Stella Luna for an evening treat and drinks. My tea was excellent and my husband enjoyed his pumpkin spice. The service was also impressive, very kind staff, responsive and helpful.My only complaint was that the desert we ordered, which was a chocolate peanut butter cake in their display, tasted very obviously stale and quite old. We did not enjoy the cake at all. It was very dry and just tasted “off”, which was so disappointing. We end it up having to throw out most of the cake which was less than ideal.

Wonderful, ever-changing selection of yummy food at either location. Whether you pick up frozen take home or in store yummy treats, something in this store is for you. Don't forget to check out the shelves, there is always something to pick up, either for yourself or as a gift. I always go to Spaniels tale book store in Hintonburg, then stop off here for a treat while I read my book. Or I go to the gallery across the street from the Bank street location. Either way, it makes for a great day!

The pistachio, coconut and dark chocolate gelato are to die for. If it’s your first time get the small because even though it looks tiny, the portion they serve in very generous… I haven’t been able to finish the small to date.Vegetarian options: All vegetarian.. some veganDietary restrictions: Gluten free options availableParking: Street parking. After 5pm and Sundays all day are free.

Im a big fan of her new weekly Gelato flavors!! Love her creativity!! Specially the pistachio flavors. Bit pricy but worth a special treat from time to time.
If they had the wondercrunch all year round five star food rating. But they don’t, and it makes me sad, especially cause I never know when they come back so I miss them.

Stale carrot cake… probably spent too much time in the display counter (15/8/23). Bit of upset stomach this morning. Stick to the $8 small ice cream, I would say. Unfortunate as the place and terrasse looks pleasant.

Perhaps one of my favourite place for gelato in Ottawa. Lots of traditional flavours as well as some more unique flavours. The flavours rotate so there's always something new every visit; some of the flavours contain alcohol, which may or may not appeal to people's tastes.
