The STRAND, an undiscovered gem in Old Ottawa South, has so much to offer. A diversified menu, open and sunny indoor seating, a large outdoor patio and ample parking (often so hard to find in Ottawa). What puts the place at the top of my list if favorites however, is Tony, the on-site manager who treats guests as kindly and attentively as he would a cherished relative. Highly recommend.

Never been to a shawarma joint with a diner-like feel. Facility is super clean and the food is just the right amount! I would recommend this for anyone that is looking to support local!
