Strathmere Weddings Estate

I was lucky enough to come to a beautiful wedding at the estate. There are a couple of venues for parties of different sizes. I loved the decor and rustic nature of everything.
A few things brushed me the wrong way but overall this is a beautiful space!

My two friends just recently got married at Strathmere. It is a beautiful venue, this isn’t my first wedding there. All wedding experiences were phenomenal but what made the experience that much better was Yana, their wedding coordinator.

I have a severe peanut allergy and Yana made sure to check everything with the kitchen. When I had room booking issues, she fixed it immediately and was there every step of the way for me and the bridal party.

Truly a wonderful experience and I highly recommend that everyone should get married here!

Everything was beautiful and well coordinated and as a guest to the event, I have to say she did an amazing job. She is very kind, understanding and she made sure everything was executed flawlessly! ❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I were just married at Strathmere October 25th. We picked The Lodge as our venue and couldn’t have been happier. The new accommodations for the grooms party to get ready is a fantastic addition.

We couldn’t praise the set up, tare-down, and serving staff enough; they tidied up, even after the grooms party (above and beyond our expectations) and placed all of our personal and wedding items at the front for easy pickup the morning after, and we were so so appreciative. I don’t have enough words to describe how great everyone was.

Lastly, our wedding coordinator Yana was the kindest, most accommodating, supportive person. On what could have been the most stressful day of our lives, she made sure that we were well prepared and that we had everything we requested and went above and beyond by making the best recommendations to make our day extra special and was with us the majority of the evening keeping us on track and ensuring we were able to do all of the special things we had discussed in meetings prior - thank you SO much Yana!

For our event, we did not stay overnight at Strathmere. We hosted a Celebration of Life for my husband's sister. Wendy Seyler, the manager, kindly arranged for our use of the Garden House lounge which was absolutely perfect for our Celebration. Chris welcomed us the day of the event and was very helpful in our setting up the room with our memorabilia. Matt hosted us during the entire function. He tended bar, and did a beautiful job setting up the buffet, dessert table, and coffee. He worked efficiently, engagingly and interacted with all guests without being imposing. The House was meticulously appointed with cozy furniture, beautiful chandelier lighting, and the fireplace was on, which added a warm touch. The lunch we ordered was wonderfully presented and delicious. There was more than enough food for our guests. Of all venues we approached, Strathmere was the most welcoming and provided an unsurpassed experience for our guests.

Bartender Ellie is the absolute best. She memorizes your drink after the first order and makes effort to get to know all her patrons. Whereever she is will be an amazing time

My husband and I got married in the garden house last weekend, and we could not have had a more perfect day.

Our coordinator Yana was great to work with. She was very kind, was on top of everything day of and always went the extra mile for us.

Our bartender Elian and the rest of the staff were amazing, the food was fantastic, thanks to chef Remy, and the venue is just beautiful.

Chris made booking our overnight accommodations so easy. The McGill house was perfect for the girls and I to get ready in, and for us and our wedding party to spend the night.

Special mention to Kevin, who went above and beyond to make sure that our big day was everything we could have hoped for.

We would definitely recommend Strathmere for your wedding or event.

I was here for a corporate event and I can see why it’s such a popular wedding venue. The property is beautiful, the room we were in was bright and impeccably clean. The food was fresh and delicious. I would happily return for future events or celebrations.

Had an amazing evening/night in the Farmhouse! Absolutely stunning venue and exceptional staff, our server Kaitlyn did an excellent job.

Ellie was the most amazing bartender, the rest of the staff was amazing and the property was gorgeous! We were here for a wedding but will be back for sure
