Went there Sunday, June 8th with my son and grandchildren. The place looked inviting until I dealt with the male cashier. It was around 1:30 in the afternoon. As I was asking a simple question and asked him to repeat the last few words as there was some type of loud noise going on to the right of the cashier, I asked if he could please repeat the last few words. He elevated his voice and seemed very upset. I then asked him for two chocolate muffins and he said that they weren’t chocolate muffins but coconut with a chocolate icing. He seemed very bothered that he had to answer. My son and my grandkids went ahead and sat at an indoor table. I then decided on an Italian soda. The flavours aren’t posted so I politely asked what flavours that they had. He responded “we have many flavours.” I could tell that he was again annoyed. My granddaughter is autistic and non verbal and I felt like that part really annoyed him too. We all felt like he was truly annoyed by our presence. I then ordered two chocolate cookies to then be given the wrong ones. Chocolate cookies aren’t pale. Other customers looked at him and I could tell how shocked they were by his tone and how rude he was. I’ve never been treated so rudely ever. And for no reason at all. We will definitely not return as long as he’s there and none of our relatives or friends or clients will ever return. This is unacceptable. Hopefully the owner reads my review.

The calibre of the food and the service are going down and the prices are going up. I get it's the economy but please maintain quality. The cakes are so gritty and the vanilla is not a good texture or flavour. Upsetting because it's so important to have good options for people like me who have intolerances

I was so happy to find a fully vegan bakery in Ottawa, I never would've guessed that it was gluten free :) and kosher and nut free. I stopped here for brunch and got a cinnamon roll, a banana chocolate muffin and a berry iced tea slushie. All DELICIOUS!

They have a very strict “no exceptions” policy when it comes to things like placing orders or holding items, but that just reflects how seriously they take what really matters: the safety of their food. As a parent of a young child with multiple food allergies, I can honestly say there is no other bakery I trust for her to eat safely from. I deeply appreciate how careful they are and how safe they keep both their premises and their products.

They are hands down the best gluten free, vegan bakery in the region. I would even say they are one of the very best, period! Their snacks easily hold up against traditional baked goods for flavor, so you know you could serve them anywhere and even the most anti-vegan wheat-loving curmudgeon would offer a begrudging "not bad" whilst devouring their dessert. The place is clean, beautifully appointed and cheerfully staffed.

First time back in a few years and man was I disappointed. Barista didn't know how to froth milk properly and burnt the milk, and the baked goods were just sugar. In my books a cinnamon bun should have at minimum a hint of cinnamon. Even the icing was gross, everything tasted fake and artificial. For the price it makes no sense at all.
