Every single time I have visited this place, the service has been friendly, quick and efficient. The sandwiches are so tasty, and the food is reasonably priced, too. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I ordered a spicy combo on white bread with tomatoes, lettuce, provolone and sauces. They sent me... white bread with tomatoes, lettuce, provolone and sauces. Unfortunately they neglected to remember the actual meat, which is the point of the sandwich. Like, who does that??? Bonkers. I seriously have no idea how you leave all the meat out of a meat sandwich.

Wow! Highly recommend this little Italian Deli. Fresh sandwiches, lovely selection of hot dishes, and excellent takeout dessert case, and espresso bar ☕️ Everything we have tried has a real homemade delicious taste (eggplant parm (no bun) chicken Parmesan sandwich, pastas, salads, desserts etc They also have a nice little grocery area with Italian products.

Great place for a quick and hearty sandwich. Had the buffalo chicken hot sandwich. The chicken and sauces are awesome. Its wholesome and will keep you full for a long time. Also got the Aracini balls and samosa. Good food at a good deal ! Service is okay.

The Godfather sandwich (special peppers - yum!) and turkey prosciutto sandwich were both excellent. The cannolis were spectacular, nice thick and toasted shell with a full and weighty (in the best way) filling - one of my top 3 favourite cannolis to date! Very fast service.

it was solid 9/10 cookie for sure!! It was DELICIOUS! 🤤 probably the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve had in downtown ottawa! So unexpected and I’m pleasantly surprised 😮 also $1 each is a STEAL! (Shoutout to whoever made them)

I went in for the first time yesterday/today after I attempted one year ago for a pick up order on an app and they were closed.
The food is good. Nothing to complain about there.
I came in for a special and it was my mistake for not realizing the time the special was available. The employee kindly applied it regardless because that was the reason I went there. However, I had paired it with a dessert for after the meal in the beginning and he originally included it in the total. He than deducted it and only charged me the sandwich. The desserts are not on for the specials anyway so I would have paid full price with or without the discount on the sandwich anyway. He didn’t ask if I still wanted it included.
I left without saying anything or asking for it. It felt like the best thing to do. It just didn’t make sense for why he would give me one item but put the other back like I wasn’t pairing it.
