It has now been more than one occasion where my sandwich has arrived soggy and cold from this location (because it was not toasted as I had asked). The cookies are also rock hard.

Scariest Subway I’ve ever been to. I parked in the parking lot behind, near the dumpster around 10pm. A white SUV pulls up next to me and throws on the ground a small garbage bag with red (blood???) oozing from the bag, and he drove off while burning his tires. I was too scared to check the trash bag. I go to the door, it’s locked: THEY BUZZED ME IN. I ask the sandwich artist if I can go wash my hands before I order, one of the bathrooms is locked and the other has no hand paper? I had to ask the employee for napkins to dry my hands? The place was filthy: lettuce everywhere, straw wrappers all over the floor, tables were gross and sticky. The employee was all alone and it was very quiet (I was the only customer in 20 mins of being there) so I don’t understand why a quick clean-up of the place was not possible? Had to call my boyfriend and asked him to stay on the phone with me because I didn’t feel safe walking 20 meters to my car. Never again.
