Not sure where they are finding their employees but they act like they hate life and people. Rude, miserable, careless, prideless, and slow workers. The owner clearly doesn't care either. Inside is not clean and outside in the back his filthy. Find a different subway, this is hands down the worst one if been to.

I think its the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Subway I ordered online and the sub was not according to my instructions there was only one sauce and I ordered many . The guy who works at midnight Gautam , also has some attitude issue he doesn’t behave properly with me.

Worst subway ever the guy name Gautam who works at mid night is very rude he doesn’t greet anyone especially Indians and doesn’t make sub according to instruction if someone does online order . He is always talking on his bluetooth headphone while preparing orders and laughing infront of his customers . I think it’s worst subway experience I had ever because of that guy “Gautam” and I doesn’t recommend anyone to go their because of that guy

The man who prepares sandwiches at night has an attitude problem. Last time I came here was eating. He opened the door and said he was on break. I waited 10mns for him and his friend to finish eating. Of course I didn't tip him. Tonight I came in attempted to order but he behaved rude simply stopped listening to me and started making an online order while I was standing in front of him. Whatever I asked he said we don't have it. I simply walked out and placed an order online to the Carling Avenue store. I have been eating here more than 10 years but this gentleman is more than an F+ employee.

I ordered a crispy chicken sub with lots of sauce and multigrain bread somebody give me the regular bread and I didn’t choose the pickles in sub but someone add it and my sub was totally dry and i also get my order late. Worst experience

Walked in at midnight on Feb 4, 2024. The guy was laughing and speaking to someone via his bluetooth headphones and he told me "you have to wait 30 minutes for your order". He continued laughing and joking with the person who he is talking over the headphones. I walked out, terrible service.

Let me be honest, this particular store does not care about the hygiene and the guy that served me was adding rice to my bowl and some the rice fell on the counter and he just pushed those rice into the rice container with bare hands and the customer service isn't good, and like I literally have to stand outside the store for 5 mins even though the store was open the guy didn't let me in when I went to pickup my order and it was early in the morning and in the cold weather the temperature was like -13 and it was windy.

This subway location prioritizes mobile orders over customer orders. Sandwiches take forever to be made and honestly customers might as well make them themselves at this point.

Worst service ever. They are racists. I pickep up for Uber, They served customers that walked in after me and when I complained they said it's their policy to serve customers first and im not a customer because I'm brown. Should close down the store

EDIT: DECEMBER 30, 2023I ordered two sandwiches, one with extra cheese. I'm not sure what happened here but staff chose to spite this order and only put cheese on half of it, and not double for that matter. Thievery for a corporation is just lame, don't be lame.Old review;Location is understaffed but the staff make up for it, definitely require two people on the floor at any given time
