I come here at least once every week or two. It's the same guy working nights usually, he's a nice hard worker.
They recently hired a new guy working day shift. He's not quick but who is when they're new. He was generous with my toppings and my sub was bigger than usual, not complaining.
I don't recommend the churros. They taste hard and spongy. Would be worth it if they had a caramel dipping sauce though.

One employee working in the middle of the day. Service was so slow I gave up. Customers only have a limited time on lunch break. I will not spend half my lunch in line at subway. Hire more staff.

I mean a subway is a subway but this particular branch has a niche, which is service : the quality depends on when you visit, usually this gentleman in glasses most probably of South Asian descent is very competent, patient and goes beyond the usual standards at any subway. I have seen him work mornings usually.
Modern and clean. Food quality is standard. Staff are friendly enough, but lately very stingy on toppings. I get most veggies and my sub was the flatest I've ever gotten from a Subway. I normally can't eat an entire footlong in one sitting, but I was even still hungry after finishing this one.

Now I asked for extra mayo, so don’t mind that mess but the rest of the sub come on now I practically ate just bread. 4 leafs of spinach, and we all know subway ain’t cheap on lettuce but they sure were today I had crumbs of green peppers and 4 onions on this sub. I don’t believe this would have been the case had the topping station been flipped and refilled, there was barely any one in there, so there was plenty of time to refill the station so customers coming in could actually have something on their sub. This was very disappointing.

This evening around 5pm I stopped at the Subway in Hintonburg.The server had a little difficulty understanding me sometimes.When I giggled over a minor misunderstanding he switched from friendly to very hostile and thrust the sandwich into a bag in an aggressive manner that honestly seemed to have sexual undertones and handed it to me with his chin lifted and a tight hostile smile.Before I left another staff member said something to me in another language I did not understand and could not be expected to.As I left the hostile man swore about me;”Ffff— her.” Said with emphasis and hatred.It was disturbing that he was so blatant and so incredibly hostile over something so innocent and minor.Creepy.
