I am very disappointed in this subway location. I ordered online through the subway app on September 26th. The order was ‘voided’ after being picked up from the restaurant. I never received any refund despite not receiving my order. I filled out the form on the subway website and connected with the Owner of this location to get my money back. The owner redirected me to DoorDash. I called DoorDash who said they don’t have access to the details of the order and then redirected me back to the owner of this location. He still has not refunded me the money.

I haven’t been to a Subway for quite some but during that heat wave we had I didn’t want to make anything myself so I got a Sub. Got home and opened the wrap and thought to myself that the bun looked a little narrow, like a hotdog bun. Though this might have been a one off so I went back a few days later and same thing. It’s a dirty trick to charge more for a product you are shrinking.
Staff and this location are great and the food is good. Review is only based on a greedy corporation sticking both hands in my pockets and providing less for the privilege.
