Bad customer service, All the cheese and vegetables that used to have are gone. Now you don't have as much of a choice. The service is terrible from the employees. They are very rude.

We did an online order, and put less for the amount of ranch on the sandwich, and even put in the notes asking for only a little ranch. The sandwich was absolutely swimming in ranch to the point the bread was just soaked and soggy, and the crispy onions were no longer crispy in the slightest.

Right off the bat, the coupons from SUBWAY® does not work on their own menu. Oh the coupon does not apply to what you have ordered I wanted 2 foot-long subs and this is what I get. . I said OK, let’s proceed, and then she comes up with cheese slices… Thinner than paper. I’m not kidding. I don’t know how they can manage to cut it that thin. I would not recommend anyone going there. When you are about to make payment up comes a screen with options of 18, 20,25% tip LOL. I will be looking to get a discount for those amounts for what I got. Don’t go there.

After a hard day and night of work, was excited to get a steak and cheese sub on my way before going home. It was around 12:30am, so not too many other options left open on a early Monday morning in Ottawa, anyways, except McDonald's, and I'm doing a body detox and trying to stay away from fast food as much as possible, so thought I was lucky to see this location open, because it's pretty much on my route back.When I arrived, the young man working the night shift by himself seemed like he was in a bad mood or something, the work environment was messy and also was displaying unsanitary conditions. When he scooped out the steak, he only filled it about 3/4 and when he put it on the bread, only about half of the meat actually came out, because another 1/4 was clumped up and didn't transfer over.So, I don't appreciate paying full price for something and then only receiving half of it, and asked him to correct this, he tried to argue about it and spread it all over the bread, insulting my intelligence like I didn't already see what's up. He then took all of the meat and throwed it back in the bin. At that point I didn't understand what he was trying to prove. My excitement turned to frustration, because now at that point I'm not going to waste my money here after the employee thinks it's ok to disrespect customers, walked out,Still hungry found a Subway location on Navaho open, it was about 15 minutes the other way but let me tell you what, it ended up being worth it, because the employees there actually value their customers there, and I had no problem with them making my sub the way I asked.I would definitely not recommend this location especially on a Sunday night / Monday morning when this individual is working there, your much better off going to the Navaho location by Algonquin college, who I gave a deserved 5 stars to.

Subway provided a fresh and highly customizable meal. The sandwich tasted fresh, and I appreciated the variety of toppings. However, the service is a bit slow during the lunch rush but mostly quick. It's a decent option if you're in a hurry and want something made to your liking.

i got a meatball sub double meat and a turkey on white the meatballs was stone cold so gross i go back and explain it to her and she did nothing to offer any help just look at me all sad then the turkey had tomatoes so red and old they had some slime on them i used to go here every week never going

I ordered 2 subs and prepaid on the app. When I got home I found tomatoes, onions & cucumbers on my sub that I did not ask for. I am allergic to tomatoes and the sub was inedible. The restaurant is 30 minutes from my house.

Dont eat here. Got 2 roasted chicken subs today and it taste like rubber. Absolutely garbage. After a couple bites, I threw them in the trash.I'll never eat subway again.
