Honestly if I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered via the Subway app. My delivery driver was amazing, communicative and fast. However, this Subway had him and me waiting for over an hour. Understandably, my order was for 6 people. But according to my driver, they only started making my order more than a half hour into waiting. The driver said that the Subway workers said it would be ready in 15mins, I ended up waiting another 40mins. Not only that, once my order was finally delivered, the subs weren’t even cut in half. They were mostly all wrongly put together with wrong sauces, little meat, and no cheese. The workers didn’t even write which sub was which on the outside. Never again will I be ordering from this place. Ridiculous.

I ordered 6 subs for my family. They didn't put cheese in 2 of them. Forgot the meat in the brisket sub and put mayo in a sub where we asked for no mayo. It also took them almost an hour to have the order done. Never ordering from the Donald St. location

I went this after noon to get 3-4 subs for my family which is suppose to come with 6 free cookies that I ordered on the subway app so I didn’t have to wait, walk in the store to the manager which I would assume flirting with an employee because that’s what it sounded like.. as I’m waiting beside the bag of food that’s for me. 1 customer is just being served but there is 3 people working. I wait around for 5 mins before I grab my bag, show the order and proceeded to leave as I leave and get home I notice that everything was rushed nothing was made properly or toasted, all the subs were cold, one sub was drowned in mayo to the point my daughter won’t eat it, missing toppings and the cookies were missing. Nothing professional at all, highly don’t recommend going to eat here very poor customer service, unprofessional just overall bad. I tried calling 4 times and nobody answered. I assume they’re still chatting/flirting. I’m amazed you can work in customer service, let alone keep a job if this is how you’re handling work.Went back to try and rectify the situation and was met with hostility and attitude. I had to go back and forth with the person because they were refusing to at least give me the part of my order that was missing. I was told that “this location probably isn’t participating in this deal” then I showed them on the app it states it is. I’ll make sure to contact corporate to let them know their deal on the app is a lie and they shouldn’t be advertising fake deals, especially considering some locations clearly won’t honour it.

Wa there today at noon to order a number 2. They put the wrong kind of cheese. No spinach no greenpeppers no olives or pickle. Come on Subway pretty pathetic.
Awful, drink and cookies missing in order. Sandwich wrapped sloppy and lazily. Bread was stale and gross, paid for double cheese and got no cheese on the sub. Worst location I ever ordered from. Do yourself a favour and order from the Beechwood location instead. Always fresh, everything accounted for there. Don't waste your time on this place.

They were incredibly slow and out of everything. Rude to customers. Messed up my order. Forgot to give to woman in front of me her cookie. The person making the subs got his shirt in our sandwiches and did not change his gloves after using the cash. Usually I’m a big subway enthusiast but I am not impressed
